My laptop was stolen last year and since the I had been searching for something to replace it although I didnt have the money for it at the time. Recently I was expecting some money and decided to start checking through Jiji. I contacted over 10 different sellers to view their options and had mixed interactions with them. When I contacted reejuvi, the first thing that struck me was how knowledgeable the sales rep was in terms of computers. I then proceeded to talk more with him and made up my mind to purchase my replacement system from him. He was also very very nice. The deal was finally settled 3 days ago, he sent the laptop down to Kano for me two days ago, and finally yesterday I got it. Brand new and very neatly packaged. Overall I am fully recommending reejuvi.

I bought an Acer predator Helios with i7 10th gen CPU and rtx3060 GPU from Reejuvi recently. They were so kind initially as they gave my Lagos contact the laptop and trusted I will pay eventually even after my failed initial mobile bank transfer. I ended up paying successfully after attempting the bank transfer again about an hour later. I was informed it was a new laptop though it was sent without any box or manual and was sent with a used HDD cable which is supposed to be new as brand new Acer laptops come with a new HDD cable sealed inside a wrap (will attach the picture of the used HDD cable). The laptop got to me without the HDD cable (I dont know why). It was likely misplaced by the waybill company. The main problem was the laptop was faulty since only the integrated graphics was working. The dedicated Nvidia GPU was not functioning on day one. I spent a lot of money on internet data while googling, downloading new windows software multiple times and watching videos on how to fix the issue but after 2 sleepless nights of trying to get it fixed, I discovered it was likely a hardware issue. Reejuvi assisted me when I was trying to fix it stating that it is a Windows driver issue but later asked me to waybill the laptop back to them when there was no possible fix and at the end I was given a refund without any compensation on both the psychological trauma and money spent (on both internet data and waybill to and fro). I spent a total of 22,700 naira on the waybill alone (from Lagos to Anambra and back to Lagos) via GIG Logistics as the laptop was waybilled as a fragile item. Reejuvi claims the laptop is brand new and was in good condition before getting to me. They also dont seem pleased I didnt return the used HDD cable along with the laptop even after telling them I never got the item from the waybill company. I can refund Reejuvi the money for the used HDD cable as its only $8 for a brand new one therefore a used one should be about half the price. The laptops dedicated Nvidia GPU is not being detected by the laptops BIOS or device manager (those conversant with gaming laptops will understand). On installing a new windows software, it will be detected for about 3 minutes after which the laptop crashes into a blue screen of death (will attach the picture). On rebooting the laptop, the Nvidia GPU wont be detected again anymore until you reinstall a new windows software. If the laptop was in good condition before getting to me, that means Reejuvi is saying it became faulty during the waybill from Lagos to Anambra even after being waybilled as fragile (will attach a picture). My greatest mistake was buying the laptop without seeing it running a video game. Please I advice anyone buying a gaming laptop to see the laptop run a video game before buying it unless its truly brand new inside a sealed box with the factorys logo. If the video game is lagging/stuttering seriously like I experienced when using this laptop I bought from Reejuvi, just know the laptop is running the video game with its integrated GPU and not the dedicated Nvidia GPU. Its not a problem with the game but a problem with the laptop. Kindly return the laptop and ask for a refund. Only those conversant with gaming laptops can notice this. Imagine what would have happened if I was not able to notice this. I would have been using the laptop thinking the problem is not from the laptop. Reejuvi clearly informed me they wont deal with me any longer but I also dont have any interest in patronising Reejuvi LTD ever again.
