Since Covid, Bank experience have been poor. Crowd on most days with peak days as Monday and Friday usually followed with slow network.Crowd is mostly caused by those with cards and customer care issues. Time to enjoy the service of the bank is towards close of business; from 2/3pm.Theres enough of ATM, at least average waiting time to use.

The place is well structured but the services there are very very slow!. So if u are heading for the bank dedicate a whole day to it.

The only GT Bank in the area, hence it gets a lot of people visiting it daily. And can be crowded from time to timeBut it gets the job doneTheres a 24hr ATM so thats good

The crowd here is crazy.

They didnt have network for what I went there to do,so, couldnt get anything done, after waiting outside to be attended to.

The building is big enough to hold crowd, enough staff too, but lack a bit off control .

There is a spacious car parking.

You can never go wrong banking with GTBANK

Still has the queue issue but not as terrible as other places.Service is relatively fair and one could easily get a new card... Just ok

Crowed banking premises. Not enough packing spaces, no wheelchair access point. About eight (8) ATM points but most times there no cash in the machines, especially during public holidays and weekends.

As always banking in Nigeria, guaranty trust bank iyana ipaja branch always filled to the brim with customers. It is situated along ipaja road bordering Abesan and Gowon estate here in Lagos.

There service was quite good, no too much delay.

Great place to bank, parking space available. Full covid19 protocol enforced. Secured and clean environment. There can be queue at the ATM towards midday so know when to go use their ATM.

I enjoyed the experience, pleasant and patient bankers at the counter. I was able to do all the transactions I wanted to do.

Yes, they are doing well, they need improvement in term of network, imagine an ATM gallery that has eight mechine, non will be working, at that time you need cash badly, like what happened today at Ipaja branch, non of the mechine was working more than an hour. I give gtbank %65.

Prompt response and wonderful service

As usual, GTB had a long queue waiting to get into the banking hall. It was orderly and some semblance of social distancing was maintained. The security guard ensures that all used bank-provided hand sanitizers before gaining access to the banking hall. There is wheelchair access to the ATM gallery, however, I wonder how a wheelchair would access the bank through the glass swivel security doors. This branch is probably the only bank, all banks inclusive, that has 3 functional security doors.

Needs to work on managing the crowd. GTBank might need to see to situating another branch closer to this area to help reduce the population in this particular premises.

Well to me personally I give the 5 stars I enjoyed their services

I am not so pleased with their services. We stood outside for hours under the sun with nothing protecting people from it. We also had to stand for hours inside when we finally entered the bank. I think Gtb should learn from other bank around them by providing shelter for it customers outside during this period of Covid 19. Thank you

The queue at the ATM service is relatively high. Weekend is always disappointing as ATM machines are either out of cash or out of service.

The staff members and the security personnel were extremely wicked and cruel towards customers. there was no social distancing in any way possible
