Microview has the worst customer service ever! Their services are unreliable, and perhaps employs the most unprofessional people. They are undeserving of a one star rating. Their company ethos and customer satisfaction statement from their website is absolutely nothing to go by.After several calls, follow-ups, and a lost client, Im still yet to get my order, or even get a sense of where it is. Their staff (at least the several people who answer their phones) never keep to their word, they are a complete blunder of an organisation, and totally undeserving of being distributors for the brands they represent. If you have the opportunity and time, my advice is for you to order from Amazon, or elsewhere.Whoever owns or manage this company, needs to do a better job and their act together!
