The attendant was quite pleasant. The office wasnt so pleasant though. Plus, its one of those stores where they have to take your gadget to another place to fix, so Im guessing they contract other people/ engineers to do the work instead.

I contacted Fix it Pro because I have some faulty gadgets (a phone, a tablet and an old laptop). They organized the pick up service promptly and constantly communicate the issue with each of them and the requirements to fix them. All issues were fixed within 24hrs and I got my devices back promptly. They come highly recommended.

Fixitpro is more like a medical operation room that carries out several successful surgical operations on damaged or malfunctioned laptops and computers.I was really amazed at how fast they were able to diagnose the problem with my old generation laptop..and then they did the impossible by upgrading it from windows Vista to windows 10.The customer service is Topnotch...and theyre very honest when it comes to their service fees.Its rare to see such a wonderful computer repair outlet in Lagos..Theyre absolutely wonderful..Im glad I took my system to fixitpro.

Sent my laptop to Fix it Pro and got it back, completely fixed, in the same day. They offer quality and professional services!

In attempt to save cost, I patronised this Fix it Pro to have my HP 15 battery changed. That was my grave mistake and Im living to regret it as I paid N23K to him to change the battery, when he did my laptop cannot on without being plugged and before I left his office my laptop started showing CMOS reset 502. And when I took it to HP service center, I was told that the motherboard is damaged and Im asked to bring over 100K to change it.My advice is that instead of patronising this inexperienced self-aclaimed and unprofessional technicians please take your laptops to designated service centres you wont regret it.
