Nice environment, but the roads need to be tarred

The place is quiet and great but the only issue there is electricity theres no constant power supply.

Estate is sirene and well guarded. Housing is also very affordable and comes in many varieties. Electricity supply isnt very reliable though.

Its a cool place to live

I had a very terrible experience the first day I visited this place, aside from the bad roads, the security officers have zero human feeling. I got there very late at night and as my uber couldnt enter the estate again and my phone was dead and u had no means whatsoever to contact the person I came to see. I met with the security officers hoping that they could be of help, unfortunately they couldnt, they didnt not even know the street I was talking about which is really bad. As an estate that is comprised of many streets, with no street lights and many bad roads, I kept on walking and asking for directions from people who kept on misdirecting me for about an hour. I finally located the place at about past 11pm, all thanks to God and a security man of one house. The experience was truly exhausting. My only advice for those who want to visit this place is to try as much as possible to get their early and prepare for many road bumps and ditches, except theyve repaired the road sha.

Patronise SMD (Sherry Mama Delight)..She makes Herbs and Spices which is natural and gives you a classic, fantastic food.

Serene environment to live in. Transport not difficult to get. The market is close by and Ikeja is about 20 mins away

Peaceful and quiet environment but electricity is abit poor

The estate is amongst estates around Oke odo/Akinola. Its a decent place to live with standard accommodation

Its quiet but electricity there is not stable so my advice for anyone moving there is to make arrangement for generator
