Power supply is wonderful, though prepaid meter is yet to be deployed fully in the estate.Looks more like a glorified rural settlement especially due to the very bad roads. Road interconnectivity is good, but the state of the roads are bad and usually flooded. Settlement for lower middle class.

It is an estate with beautiful residential houses. However, the inner roads are in terrible state.

The road network is good,bit the roads themselves are in terrible shape. Driving through the kind of roads in Bali Estate will send you to the mechanics on a weekly basis.
