You can print, type, photocopy, laminate and practically do all office paper works needed to be done. Good place to get all your paperwork done

I went here to do alot of printing and copies and I was able to achieve that seamlessly. The staff there are courteous and smart. The print quality is so clean and clear. A little bit pricey though especially the black and white print. Overall a good place to get some business and personal design and print solutions.

Very conducive environment

I wanted to get puzzles and they were out of it. Also a mouse I picked they couldnt find the price so they said they cant sell it. For printing and estimating they seemed efficient

The advertisement gives you the impression that once you arrive everything will go smoothly with immediate effect. This is not the case as there are long queues and you may need to be patient. That being said doculand staff are quite professional and very helpful.

Staff at Doculand are not very efficient.Waited over 30 minutes to get a photograph and document printed.There were no long queues just staff who did not know what they were doing 👎🏿Would not recommend if you are pinched for time

Lovely place but i wish they also sell computer accessories and gadgets. They have huge prices though attached to their products and big customers. Small boys dont go there.....

Spent over 1 hour waiting for 2 pages if A2 print to be done; machine was down and tech dude sort the whole time fixing a machine no one else needed for a job; put the fact to the manager (Helen) and she simply told me to wait or go and come back as if I was jobless...Service quality is horrible as they hold a monopoly position in these parts and it is quite shameful.Now I wait to see how long more I still have to wait for them to get my job done.

Doculand has a long way to go in service delivery. Whilst they have quite a number of very professional staff, Im inclined to expect hitches and disappointment when transacting with them. I sincerely understand they that a lot of people throng in and out of Doculand for print jobs but since Ive been transacting at different Doculand branches since 2016, there is no one time it has been seamless and smooth.There is always an issue either with sizing (Ikoyi office once sent me a wrong size of postcards) or print quality (e.g VI office printed gloss stickers when I specifically stated I wanted matte print, and only notified me of this after they had printed it) or long wait times (I once spent over an hour to print a 2 page document) or long delivery times, sometimes even after COB (e.g. I paid for an A0 roll of stickers at 8:20 am on a certain day but it wasnt delivered until 5:30pm and that was after I had made several calls to their office since 12 noon to remind them my order had not been delivered!).Their customer service and logistics team really need to be more coordinated and efficient. Otherwise, regardless of the best efforts of the technical team, customers would end up dissatisfied.

Doculand is anball in one business hub within the Victoria island periment. They print large formats A0 to only God knows!They are also effective in the branding sphere, and they have some souvenirs waiting to be branding. The staffs are efficient trying to bit down waiting time. Their prices are not user friendly; but the quality of their print and their delivery is ultimate. They can print from drive or any other source and they can access any file format.For flex, SAVs, paper, polythene etc.
