Lovely Chinese restaurant, with great ambience. The sea view is a plus, with added option of dining on the terrace.The service was excellent, found the food to be comparable with international standards.I especially loved the frozen cocktail... it was delicious. Overall great experience.

Wonderful experience at ChAi Tang. Really enjoyed my stay. The ambience was it for me. The perfect ocean view, the courteous staff, and the foooood was awesome. Though, somewhat on the high side. The seating setting was such that every group could find their size. There are table settings from two chairs... To larger tables of up to 12 chairs.. perfect for group outings, family hang outs etc. All boxes checked! I will definitely return for another experience

Great ambiance, large space and quite an amazing view. Had a great time with friends, we had their house special fried rice which was nice.However, there was a fly in my drink which I didn’t notice until I had half of my drink and I had to check the picture I took immediately the waiter brought it and saw the fly sadly. All I got was “we’ll replace it” not even an apology . Which was quite annoying.

My experience at Chai Tang was an awesome one. I love the design of the restaurant and also the arrangement of the interiors. They also have an outdoor space option for eating for those that enjoy the breeze from the sea. I ordered egg fried rice and chicken in sauce. The food was so tasty and I’m certain I’ll be going back to try other food on their menu. The service time was quite fast but the waiters were slow in taking our orders.

This restaurant was perfect! My goodness! The aesthetics, the staff, the food were all perfect. It wasnt too crowded. And the rest room, oh the restroom, so beautiful and comfy. They also have wheelchair accessible restroom separately. They lit a candle on my cake and sang the birthday song for me. The food portion is totally worth it. Its also big enough to share. I highly recommend

A must go to Chinese restaurant. Beautiful decor. Nice furniture and dont get me started on the view from there, its so lovely. The table arrangements is very good for intimate dinners and group dinners. The food is amazing and lots of options on drinks, starters and desserts.

Nice furniture, beautiful decor and with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking views of the ocean.Foods good, menu range is nice but pricey.Cocktails, wines & a good range of drinks to accompany your meals.Spring rolls are nice, crispy & large. The Peking soup is lovely.I love the view from the large bay windows all around, letting in natural light into the restaurant on 3 sides.Also visited again for a group birthday function and the service, meals & ambience was good.Large group functions may need to speak up early to ensure timely food presentation.

First things, the ambience is very calm and the decor is superb with a great view of the ocean . I timed my reservation in a way that would allow us be seated for the sunset. The prices are fair and the portions are large . Our bill came up to about 140 usd equivalent for a table of 5 which is not bad at all .

Best Chinese Restaurant in Lagos Nigeria and arguably one of the best restaurants in Lagos Nigeria. Firstly, Iove every single thing about this restaurant. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The staff here are highly professional and well trained. I had my waiter delivering awesome, world class service. I cant remember any restaurant in Lagos that ensures the Waiter introduces him/herself just before serving you during your stay at the restaurant. The view of the beach is awesome, the meal was also fantastic. This is a really matured restaurant that provides amazing value for every naira spent. Highly recommended.

This is my 2nd time here and I have enjoyed myself both times. Food is a bit pricey but the portions justify this. The ambience is great, you can see the beach. The conveniences are properly cleaned and beautiful(this is a major thing for me). Overall I am very happy with the service and staff. The drinks too are affordable.

Lovely restaurant with an amazing Chinese experience. Their meals taste really good and they also have a wide range of items to pick from ranging from beef, fish, chicken down to prawns and squid. Their staff are also really friendly and ready to assist.

Great Chinese restaurant, lovely staff and service. Went for a birthday party and I was impressed how they managed the party and still be able to serve other paying customers at the same time. The view overlooking the ocean is quite breath taking and makes the whole dining experience much more fun. The restaurant has a calm and relaxing atmosphere as well. The food and drinks are equally as lovely as the decor.

The sea side view of this restaurant is everything,beautiful and breathtaking,the wait staff are very courteous.It has a large sitting area which is well demarcated,the food is good although the chicken corn soup is overly sweet.Drinks are fair priced.The toilet is one of the cleanest I have been,reminds me of toilets in high end fashion stores,with hand soap and drier provided.Ample parking space.Great place to have a Chinese meal

For ambiance, this place is a new hit in town..spacious dining area, authentic chinese looks, the big semi circle chinese mural is impressive, the tiny bridge from the entrance to the reception and the waiting area are really impressive. Service was good, waiters are attentive, receptionist is doing a good job to accommodate me very well. The food portion is good, the price is a bit high but worth it. The water side seating area is cool. Feels like something new.

Courteous staff with a variety of Chinese cuisine. The chicken wings and Vegetable spring rolls was delicious. The Chinese rice and noodles was tasty. The wine and cocktails well served. Most people believe Chinese is Chinese but Chai Tang is different. Besides the view of the ocean you enjoy while dining, the meal portions can be shared between two, even three people. I visited on date night and we both had two servings and I still took the rest of the food home with me. If you visit, try the house sea food special rice. It’s delicious!!!

From the entrance, you are transported to china...you literally cross a garden bridge...from then on its food goodness all round

I started my “OOH’s & AAH’s “ from the entrance , the attendants were super courteous & I knew I chose the right restaurant.We went to the veranda first to get the most of the lighting , as usual .Few minutes later , we were informed that our cocktails & table was ready .Our food also came in no time , which was a first for us at any restaurant, we dug in and tried the Chinese cuisine & it sat perfectly in my stomach , the pricing was really good as well as we spent under 200$ for 6 people .Portion sizes were great as well , even so generous we had to pack up the rest as take out .Overall beautiful service & the oriental decor was over the top amazing .

I liked this place... Family friendly, great ambience - I watched the sun set, and it looked amazing. To the food - Im not very impressed in fairness. Apart from the cut-throat pricing, Ive definitely had better Chinese meals in Lagos. Spring rolls were oily, for starters; but the rest of the food was just good, not great. Would try again to revalidate this view. Sadly didnt get images of the food...

Loved every bit of my stay there. You will love the beach view. Cosy environment, chic and perfect for couple or friends that wants to get away from crowd. Their food is a nice but their price is higher than any other Chinese restaurant you can see on the mainland. You cant get the local Chinese taste you get from their food here anywhere else.

Chai Tang opens with a lot of promise - superb decor, huge space, amazing seaside views, and a very attractive menu. But thats where it all ends.Service is subpar and worst of all, the food itself is disappointing. It looks and tastes no better than home cooking, and you dont get the beautiful presentation typically expected from a Chinese restaurant.And then the prices!!! Unbelievable. You almost want to ask how the managers dare to quote such prices for this level of service!All in all, a damp squib experience for sure. Zero Chinese fireworks here.

Stublmed upon this when I visited twin waters today. I was shocked at how classy and well done this place was. This is a world class chinese restaurant on the beach and defiantly is currently a hidden gem. Food and service was good. It’s damn expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended and big thumbs up for doing things properly

Restaurant ,located in the Twin Waters Towers. Its got an amazing view of the ocean. Offers inside or verandah sitting where you get to enjoy the ocean breeze.Really tasty meals. I loved the Corn Soup!Courteous waiters. A budget of a minimum of 30k for two persons would be fine.They accept both cash and cards.
