They call themselves a professional nanny service provider but worse than your everyday agents. No professionalism and they lie about training the nannies and having worked with them previously to compel you into using them..upon interviewing 3 nannies who could not provide details of their previous work employers, I realised Icarella didnt even know anything about their backgrounds and previous work experiences either but then mentioned they would LATER verify.
