I have purchased items from The Elects on three different occasions. The first time I bought a used iPhone 8 plus and a used Asus laptop. The second time it was a new Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch. And the third time it was a new Xiaomi Redmi Note 10.My experience with the sales person was very good on all occasions and I was very satisfied with my purchases.Four different gadgets on three different occasions and I dont have one complaint. I will say that they are a trustworthy brand who work very hard to maintain their good reputation.I have never visited their store in Ikeja. I have conducted all business with them through Instagram direct messaging. Phone calls were not even necessary as communication was clear and concise through texting.
