I think the engineers could be more proactive and put a process into place. I got a response on my phone diagnosis after more than an hour of waiting/chasing and no solution. I will be back there.

I think they have a good price too.Hnmm parking lot na wahala here sha plus wan kain funny traffic because of the gsm village that is just opposite.

Very poor customer service. Called them to make an enquiry and the person who picked kept talking to someone else while I was on the phone. Repeated myself several times before I got a blunt No and she hung up on me.

They are beginning to take customers for granted. Bought a phone that had issues in warranty. Lets just say 6months down the line, Im still trying to get a resolution.

They dont open till 10am on Thursdays because of environmental sanitation laws. I thought this only applies to markets and not retail stores. Since the outlet on Akin Adesola is not located within a market should it be affected by the environmental sanitation law?

I got an okay service when i came here to unlock my phone but i think staff could be a bit more friendly and attentive to the customer. The phone was unlocked in about 45mins and price seemed reasonable.

If the website was working I wouldnt have spent as much money as I did on the phone I got. But the staff are excellent in their performance.
