Really quick service, faster than i expected given my bad experience with them in the past. The staff was courteous and very helpful, a bit overwhelmed with work but with a bit of patience, you are attended to.

Poorly constructed, I almost fell when I stepped inside and the male attendant offered me no help with his poor customer service and illiteracy that he tried to mask with a cocky attitude. 9Mobile I’m sure you can do better.

Great service. Along with other services rendered apart from the one I went for, they cut your sim card into your desired size (micro or nano) for free of course. The attendant was quite cheerful and smiling all the way perhaps its because its not the most trivial issues helping get resolved. I wouldnt want to lose my sim anyway because theyre best with data.
