Neat, quiet place. Waiting times are too long, just one attendant. Nothing to distract from the boredom of waiting like a functioning TV at least.

The crew here was warm and helpful when I went to port an old line to their service. I havent used the service yet so I cant speak on 9mobile in general however, I am please with my service by the kiosk at ECenter. Central and handy.

They acted promptly and they were quite kind.

Customer service here is very good. They respond to customers speedily and work is well done. I went for registration of my SIM card because it was barred from receiving calls, the registration took less than five minutes and in the next hour my SIM card was back up. Thumbs up 🙂🙂

The customer service representatives are on point. They are neat,patient,calm and approachable.Ill rate this better than the experience centre at Tejuosho mall because of the customer service at Tejuosho mall is quite poor despite the fact that its more spacious and its location is at a very populated place.
