At first it was not easy as the Oraimo Engineer sent me out of the carlcare center, But my device was later replaced with brand new one after I reported to oraimo company. Thank you Oraimo

My phone was tampered with.... I went to only replace a damaged tecno camon 12 airs screen but my phone was hacked and I now receive pop ups intermittently from chrome browser (even while on another app). Sometimes the pop up asks me to update my phones software, sometimes it XXX content.....

I cant believe I repaired my charging port problem free of charge because I had warranty. Also got original charger and screen guard that have been rate for a while.

Poor Customer Care. They make u feel like ure bothering them with ur phone problems. They always seem to have the perfect reason to refer u to their Ikeja office claiming they dont have the parts for ur phone. Seems understaffed and understocked.

The staff arent that nice. Theres only one CS person. Youre better off just going to their office in Opebi instead of waiting to hear them tell you. She saw me carrying a device and immediately said we dont have the parts for it without an inspection. And it was a software issue.
