A good place to worship. Even if you are not a Catholic , the serene and cool environment is suitable for prayer and meditation.There are lots of societies that work towards imparting positively on the immediate environment like the St Vincent de Paul society:service to the poor and needy, JDPC: justice development and peace commission , CYON: youth development, YCW: young Catholic workers -one of the best groups when it comes to peer development, education and service, CWO: all about mothers and women, CMO:Fathers are not left out, and a host of other pious societies like Lay readers, ushers,block rosary, Legion of Mary, St Jude , Alter servers etc. Its also assesible from anywhere within Ajao Estate/Oke affa/canoe.You will meet lovely people ready to assist no matter what, though joining one group or the other is essential to aid and support spiritual and community growth.Sunday Mass is 6:30am, 9:30am & 6:30pmDaily weekday Mass (morning and evening)

The Catholic community around Chivita, Ajao and its environs enjoy worshipping at St Peter Calvert Catholic Church. The Chapel, grotto and other prayer sites make you realise the closeness we should experience with our Creator at all times. You want a serene place of worship at anytime of the day, St Peter Claver is it. Security guards, parking space, event hall, quick penance with priests in residence, etc

I love St. Peter Claver. I will not miss a Sunday worshiping at this parish whenever I’m back to Lagos. I started here in 1993 when it was a not so big church. The Choir is amazing, I also love my time in the Choir. Gatherings of wonderful Children of God.

Easily the biggest Catholic church in Ajao Estate. Big, imposing and beautiful, a corner piece building and architectural masterpiece. Love the congregation too, sometimes it appears as if theyre selected/handpicked to worship here.

Security is standard, theres a parish priest house, a hall, a field and And a large parking space.
