Very well organized, really great service

This imposing church with a magnificent exterior and an aesthetical interior is situated on Musa Yaradua Street in the highbrow of Lagos, Nigeria. It is one of the most beautiful churches in Nigeria and a wonderful place to visit and worship for Christians and Catholics. The mode of worship on sundays is solemn with popular hymns and Gregorian chants accompanied by a dexterous organist.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (OLPH) VI is arguably the most beautiful church in Lagos. Its beginning in 2003 is linked to the former nuntiature (now the Lagos Resource Centre).The Church is quite big and has a sizable parking space although moves are currently being made to expand the Churchs space. One striking thing besides the beautiful and comfortable nature of the Church auditorium is the calm and organised nature of the parish.There is also a small Marian grotto for lovers of our Lady (especially those who want to carryout devotions and pilgrimages).This is definitely a place to visit and spend some time with our Lord Jesus.

You can never be bored at mass here with the music from the outsranding choir and the lively sermons of the resident priests.

This Catholic Church is wow, its a lovely place, a tall edifice located at Musa Yaradua Victoria island, there are mini grottos around that makes you feel you are in a Basilica

This is a fine Catholic church with a serene atmosphere for quiet reflections and prayer. The sound of the pipe organ would lift your spirit to worship. Also it has a beautiful environment .

Very serene atmosphere, heavenly peace and great site to behold. Service starts by 7am and another one by 9am on Sundays. There are also daily Mass celebration. You can give peace here, its a place where you can go to have your meditation and sober reflection. During the mass, the music is always on point. I will visit again and again.

Very organised masses. Covid restrictions apply. Parish activities for children and young adults as well as married and single. Very family oriented community with great attention to members.

Its a beautiful parish, well lighted and airy. Mid day mass takes place @ 1pm and lasts for 30mins. A pamflet with daily readings is always available. I would say its almost like our lady of assumption falomo but modern. Also, during lent, they share meals after stations of the cross in the evening. Not sure if thats still done but Its impressive really because it must be a huge cost on the parish. Sermons and choir is beautiful and youd want to visit over and over again. A constraint though is getting there. If you dont drive, its hectic because of the ban on tricycles.

The ambience is one of reverence and peace. Stained-glass windows and high ceilings make it a beauty to behold. The priests-in-residence are quite warm & work hard to encourage spiritual growth and camaraderie amongst its members & visitors. There are 3masses during the week (7.15 am,1pm & 6.30pm) & two on Sunday (7am & 9am) Its choir is arguably one of the best in the Catholic archdiocese of Lagos.

Wonderful atmosphere if worship

One of the best Catholic Churches on the island. I visit there during holy days of Obligation from the office and the serenity of the environment is one I always admire. The church is very coordinated in its dealings and you can be sure to enjoy your stay there. Hymns, and other booklets are easily available at every pew in the church. There are traffic wardens too, to ease vehicular movement.

Beautiful church, followed all safety protocols and regulations, ample parking space. The priest though, was rude to the wedding photographers.

I love love love this Church. Mass starts on time and ends on time what more can you ask for.I attended the 9am Sunday Service. You get the sense that they are a well organized Catholic Church here. You are not kept in church for ever and the priest manages to make his point in the homily in less than half an hour.It also helps that everyone is looking fresh in their Sunday best.If you are living in the Victoria Island area and looking for a new place of worship, you can go wrong with OLPH.Give it a try this Sunday, and definitely let me know what you think.

A place of worship with a very beautiful Church, beautiful environment, excellent choir, perfect public address system,& well organised activities. Masses are celebrated three times in a day from Monday to Friday with confession in the morning and afternoon after Mass. But we have only one Mass on Saturdays and two Masses on Sundays.

For those who work alone Ozumba/ Adeola and environs, Our Lady is a great place to exercise spiritually during the day (6:30am and 12noon masses), and also for seasonal obligations (lent, Easter and feast days).

Our Lady of perpetual help is situate at Musa Yar adua, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria.It is one of the parishes of Catholics church in Nigeria. With a very fine order of service blended with a serene church environment is a darling place for their congregation anyday.They have a bug car park inside the church compound. Approved car park is also outside the church

This is one of the best Catholic Church on earth, where spiritual life are connected with your real life. Good music, great ministrations, fun times and bounding time. Masses are everyday morning 7:15am, afternoon 1pm, evening 6:30pm, holidays and Saturdays 8:30am while Sundays 7am and 9am. Good parking space for you.

An ambient environment

This is a very lovely church. The dome is fully air-conditioned and the sitting arrangement is spacious. There are ramps available for the disabled but the parking facility is poor.

Its got an absolutely beautiful altar that lights up with the rising sun. Apparently its also a wedding magnet.The place can be cold. Make sure to bring along something to cover up your shoulders just in case youre not one to enjoy a cold AC.

The ambience is remarkable, the priest and people are wonderful as well..definitely a great place to meet God.
