Mama T Food canteen is where you can get the best Amala and local meals in town. Its delicious and clean and affordable. I rate them a 5 star.

The joint sells local meals like Amala, Eba not sure of Fufu with soups like vegetable, Ewedu, Gbegiri. I always enjoy the Amala, Gbegiri & Ewedu soup with Beef cos its taste like home made meal. The place is hygienic & no flies compared to what is obtainable in some local joints. U can stop by one of these days to have a taste.
