The place is serene. Guests have access to the pool, there is a garden, swings, you have a beautiful view of the beach, it is clean and secured.If you are looking for a home away from home, place away from the noise, the bustle and hustle of lagos, then this resort should be on your top list!

Prettier than I expected😌They have cabins and rooms and theres a pool too. You can check their website for their price list, very accessible but you need to pay tax. They also have tree swings and a general sitting area, all being so colourful and beautiful. Their cabins take up to 6 people so it would be a wonderful spot to chill and relax with friends. You can go there on your own as well to relax.They have a grill and a lovely artistic restaurant too.In summary, its a beautiful placceeee💯💯😌

Enjoyed my stay here @Beach View.👍Compound is well maintained and gives you the peace you crave for. 🏝👌Food menu is good and the portions (at least for the wrap that I ate) are big. Food pricing is fair but the service is way too slow - roughly 45min for the breakfast preparation ⏳🤔 Pricing for the accommodation is a bit high to be honest.➡️ I will definitely come again!

Beautiful outdoor experience. Great 5star food. Cocktails and mocktails. A beach camp anyone and everyone should visit. Horse riding, beach cabins. I So much enjoyed my stay.

It was fun nice place to be, dey poolside,came Fire, rope climbing,swing chairs all kinds of fun game for both adults and kids it was the best camping i have ever been, if your have not been there your are missing alot.

Jaybee Camp is a place to visit especially if you want to enjoy cool and relaxing atmosphere. The environment is so lovely and close to nature. But you can experience a delay in service delivery. You also need to get the menu price list before visiting, this will help you prepare well.

Highly recommend.Tarkwa Bay is relatively safe if youre considering visiting alone and/or very particular about safety as there is a police base there.Asides the cabin at Jaybee Beach Camp, there are room options for 1/2 people though it may be more fun with a group.Jaybee has a well equipped gym (that is not stated on the website), a swimming pool, tree swings & a nice cafe with an amazing view of the Atlantic ocean. The rooms are nice and clean and you can always speak to Tunde or Eniola if you need anything sorted (incl. WiFi access). The owner is also very friendly.The menu at the cafe is limited. The pizza didnt turn out great but the grilled fish was excellent.

Jaybee beach camp was amazing! It was serene and beautiful. Theres a pool, tree swings and outdoor picnic tables where we planned on having dinner but nothing beats dinner with a view of the sea so we used Tarkwa cafe instead. The food was nice, dessert menu is a bit limited but it was okay.Oh and if you stay here, do take an early morning walk by the beach, youll definitely fall in love with this place.Rating 4 stars instead of 5 because1. There was an issue with the plumbing in the morning and we werent updated until after we had called several times; husband had to go fetch and carry bath water with a bucket.2. The means of transportation to Tarkwa Bay was scary.

A great place for a staycation, get away from the Lagos hustle and bustle. Designated areas to light bonfires and grill. Utensils for grilling are also provided

The customer service here could be a bit iffy sometimes and because theres basically no competition on the island, the team could be quite lax about fine details. However, the lodge is a fantastic place for a beachfront glamping experience or team retreat. Each lodge hosts 6 people and there are three lodges.The lodges are clean and well maintained and theres everything needed to enjoy a camping experience with comfort. Waking up to the sea breeze is a priceless feeling. The food served at the bar could be a bit pricey so reach out to the locals on the island for much better priced grilled fish or suya.

The beach house had a very welcoming atmosphere. The sound of wind whisphering through the trees provides a melody of comfort especially at the cool of the night.The cabin is also spacious and good for a group/team bonding experience.

Very quaint and nostalgic. Stayed in the cabin of five and it has very nice views of the ocean.Youre literally among nature cos there are trees everywhere and the windows open up into them.very good place if youre a smoker, a writer, a reader or someone who just needs to shut off.The restaurant has good meals also.We had a bonfire and it was the most beautiful thing ever.Youll need to stock up on water though cos you get dehydrated real fast depending on what activity you partake in.Its a nice place for group getaway. Loved it

I totally enjoyed my stay here. It was amazing having a quiet time away from the stress and noise from Lagos. I loved how simple and artsy the room was. The staff(Tunde) was very helpful. It’s a great place to spend time away. The have the rooms which fit two people and cabins that fit 6 people. Jaybee beach Camp is accessed by boat.

Very Cozy and nostalgic. Stayed in their Cabin. Though rent was expensive but cabin size was massive with big varanda where our group of 8 easily slept during night. Nice place to have a night out with family and friends.

Beautiful beach which is underrated. Very serene and calm. The waves here arent so high so its perfect for photography, a lot of water sports like swimming, surfing, jet skiing and more. Attracts a lot of foreigners because of how private and serene it is. To get there, youd need to take a boat to the beach. Lovely place for families and group hangouts.

This place was tranquil and rustic. At first I wondered what we had signed up for. It was so far out, away from the beach. However there’s a beach local handy to help fetch everything you need. Including firewood for the bonfire and charcoal for the grill. The cabins are clean. I love the fact that they had pots, pans and kettles (for those who like to cook). There was WiFi and electricity for most of our overnight stay. The staff were also courteous. No thugs harassed us. I’d suggest bringing your own food and drinks like we did. It was hard to believe we were in Lagos because of the serenity of the cabins. I would definitely return to JayBee’s.

Great under rated and hidden place. There are 3 private villas and a restaurant on the property. Electricity and running water in each villa. BBQ grills are also there in case you want to grill your own meats.

Its too hot in day time..but pleasant stay for night. It would be good in rainy weather.

Its a lovely private beach with simple designed cabin. Its a lovely place for a getaway.

Eniola was very nice. We had an issue with the booking and she fixed it. So we had to move cabins because of this issue.We stayed at the new cabin (tide water) on the first night and the cabin at jaybees camp (beach view) the second night.At tide water, the room is nice with the bedroom area, dinning area, toilet, shower and sitting area outside, all downstairs. Then upstairs is the rooftop. You are provided with fan, toiletries and towels. Generator to power the cabin came on at 6pm and stayed on till we checked out the next day. Its nice for groups also, extra beds are provided. But at night, we were literally the only one on the beach as everyone retired home. It was a bit scary but Eniola assured us that it was 100% safe. No WiFi here. Anything you want comes from the camp, so you have to call all the time or go to the camp yourself if you are impatient.Then the next day, we checked out and moved to the camp, we stayed at the beach view cabin which as also nice. There are other cabins at the camp, its fenced round and gated. Beach view cabin has two beds, table fridge, 3 fans, sitting area as you step out of the room all upstairs. Then downstairs, you have the toilet. I didnt like the fact that I had to go downstairs to use the toilet/washroom. But I loved it there. Theres power here 24/7. We didnt get to use the WiFi as it didnt work and they didnt do anything about it. I hope they do soon.At night, we went to the bar and there was a live band playing.The food was delicious, the service was great and the staff were nice.You can take your own snacks and drinks also. No microwave, so dont bring food. They have a grill, you can bring your own meat or fish, charcoal is 5OO naira.But all can get all from their kitchen and bar, so dont stress it.Ill definitely go there again.Thank you Jaybee for having us 🤗

Very serene environment, I loved the peace and quiet of the Cabin, my friends and I had a blast, well definitely be returning, we roasted marshmallows in the burn fire on the balcony at night and grilled fresh fish supplied by the fishermen fishing close to the beach house, the beach was really quiet and the staffs of Jaybee beach camp, were amazing, the chef gets 💯 for our dinner, we just couldnt find enough space to stuff more food in, it was an overall good trip with lots of fun memories. This will be a great place for a romantic getaway.

My perfect beach. Apart from the dirt at times, you have all you want here. Its a free entry beach except of course its on a remote island where youll need a boat to get to at a cost of 300 naira and sometimes 400 naira. Different hawkers of coconut, drinks, beads, etc. Good music from the Jamaicans also who only wants a tip. Also if youre gonna have to sit to relax after swimming, youll have to rent chairs!

You have to experience this yourself. But a lil gist. You might have been to Tarkwa bay several times without knowing this place exists not far from the bay. Excellent for groups. View of the bay and Eko Atlantic. There’s Power, Shower, fridge, BBQ, Security and quad bikes. You can also order proper breakfast from the restaurant. There’s a bar here too. A horse stable. Start a bonfire or something. No swimming pool. But you have the Atlantic Ocean.

Ot was Awesome, Jaybeach beach camp is more like the elite or Private section in Takwa Bay, although Takwa bay is pretty much private and elite in nature but if youre looking for more sophistication then Jaybee beach camp will be the right place

Came with a group and decided to stay for lunch. The food took for ever! When it came, one order had been forgotten and those ordering pizza waited for almost an hour for their meal. The rest of us had eaten then. Not acceptable!

Me and my friends had an amazing time at Jaybee Beach Camp, the staff are amazing and helpful and their chef was on point. The cabin we stayed was beautiful, with its own bonfire and grill, wi-fi and the most amazing and serene beach. However it gets really cold at night so come with a cardigan albeit the room has blankets. I have not been to a more relaxing location in a long time, I definitely will be returning

Amazing, 15mins from Lagos City Centre, a taste of paradise on ur doorstep!

We were met with a warm welcome from the staff and neat, quiet grounds although weekends might be noisier. Our cabin, Baywatch had a spacious wrap-around porch which overlooked the Bay and Eko Atlantic. It comes with a fire pit (excellent for roasting marshmallows) which they light for you at night. You also have access to a bbq stand, swings in the garden, horse rides for a fee and a wet room under the cabin. The cabin is neat & comes with crockery, an electric kettle, fans & a mini fridge and can sleep 8 but 5 people comfortably. Although we dusted off the bedding & there are nets on the window frames and across the ceiling, we got quite a few bites so bring your sheets, bug repellent cream and spray the room when you arrive. Do take lots of snacks, fruit,sandwiches, icy drinks, breakfast items & frozen marinated chicken, lamb etc to bbq at night. We brought enough food for 2 breakfasts and a picnic lunch & only ordered fries & yam chips to go with our bbq but it took almost an hour to arrive. I recommend going to the Lighthouse beach as opposed to the Bay for the awesome view, cleaner beach & less crowd, but note that the current is much stronger & there arent shacks to get a break from the sun. Both are a short walk from the cabin. We went with 2 kids under 4 & had a lot of fun and would be back. I highly recommend Jay Bee for a fun camping experience

Very great place for a staycation or vacation

Eniola was really helpful during stay at the cabin, she helped us to get everything we needed and ensures our stay was comfortable. Although getting there was a bit tedious as Fiki Marina increased the cost of their boat rides without updating the information on their blog, they do not have a POS machine and they refused to accept money transfer which was quite a weird transaction experience with a business in 2018. When visiting, avoid the beach hustlers, seek out Godspower (maybe a Google search can get you his phone number), he is quite reliable and helped us to secure tents & chairs on the beach.
