Fitlife Café is a healthy choice Café located within SkyFit Gym, Oriental Hotel Lagos.All their products are macro transparent, natural, highly nutritious, low calorie and high protein to satisfy the healthy conscious invidividual. As a gym lover myself, I struggled for years after workout to give my body what it needs for recovery. Fitlife Café filled that gap for me, even when Im not at the gym, I could do their delicious parfaits as a meal replacement option. Tres grateful for this place, you should really check them out. They cater to events and parties... How cool is that!
