My experience was excellent. The reason for visiting was to get back my lost mtn sim (sim card retrieval). I was offered sit pending when I would be called. The place was in order and COVID-19 protocols was also considered. In short, I got my line back and active that same day. Thanks to the security who helped maintained calm and orderliness.
Parking was tough, service was prompt though

I have always met a lot of people on ground as it was today that I met 70 people already on the queue at 7:10am.
The staffs were friendly and help sort out my sim card issue. But the centre needs good air circulation system to be well ventilated. It was too stuffy for comfort.
Their service was fast and very ordered. You might be delayed getting in because of the safety protocols put in place because of the pandemic.
There has always been network down issues here. Repeatedly come back and still wouldnt be attended to. Customer service is equally poor

My experience at the MTN walk-in center today was very pleasant. I was there today with my mom to retrieve her Sim card and the security guard at MTN center was super friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to him. Also the staff were cool too.

MTN service centre. They do sim registration, retrievals, blocking etc. Effective staff too. Plus they attend to customers on first-come-first-served basis using a digital call-up system
The Customer Reps here at MTN service centre at Egbeda are topnotch especially JOY & CHARLES (reason for my 5 start), theyre very courteous and friendly, willing to help resolve your issue quickly. You can do your SIM swap or sim registration here as well as port your lines to other network. The only CONS is that they need to replace the entrance door, its not in good condition, had a cut cos of that. Except this, you can feel at home here.
Cool, small car park, easily accessible, service satisfactory, immediate snvironment welcoming, air conditioning system was not too effective.
Love the quick attention given me today in helping me to retrieve my line back .
Service is quite awesome, if youre retrieving your sim youll need its serial number on the SIM for new Sims or on the SIM pack for old Sims, without the serial number youll need an affidavit (#1,000) and passport photograph (#500) all can be done in the compound next to the mtn office, aside all the documents hassle, their customer service is awesome, and prompt.Cheers, thanks for reading ☺
Excellent customer service experience.
With the location its in, could be quite a crowd you do meet there, so parking might also be a challenge within the compound but their are bus stops and filling stations around where that can be done while you do your business.The staff are pretty efficient with what they do but please be on thr lookout so that they call your name on time and others dont skip ahead of you when it comes to resolving your complaint or enquires.
Well organised and staff were humble.
Their no network issues is becoming inconvenient to çustomer almost every noon of eàch day. Maybe the sun melts their Network.,.

My experience at the MTN walk-in Center is not palatable time around just like about a year ago when I went for SIM registration confirmation that customers were crowded on every available space of the office and its surrounding, this time around, my SIM got damaged and I need a replacement but was politely told by the front desk officer to come the next day because there was no network. The office was also very crowded because of the network issue. Isnt it surprising that the network provider have no network. YOU CANNOT GIVE WHAT YOU DONT HAVE.
