Today I am so sad to write this about you guys, that your loan officers are full of harassment and threat. I was been threatened and harrassed today by your loan officers making it compulsory to make payments today and if I did not I will blacklisted and all sort despite telling her I cant make payment today that I will tomorrow which is the due date, she insisted and continued to threatened me. She will leave me with no choice than to write CBN, NDIC on this matter, that is date on my loan repayment account, these are our conversations on whatsapp, if any action are taken before tomorrow I will contact an attorney, and also CBN and NDIC. I was scammed 80,000 from fake Opay agent claiming to be under opay CompanyMy greatest mistake was my address was having issues so he told me to allow him to log in into my wallet and see how he will reset it and he was doing like pastor ooohSo I suspected him but I said make I just pretend as nothing dey my mindSo he logged in and transferred the 49,000 to his accountI later recover my wallet app password cos he changed it thinking I cant recover it againBut bfor I have sent 20,000 for andriod terminal cos he said payment bfor deliveryAnd the account I paid that 20,000 was Paycom account...The 10,000 own was a other guy that said he stays at Lagos island, I paid him 10,000 to balance up on delivery, he is not picking up last he picked was when a lady picked it and said the bus they use to deliver has issuesAnd now they dont pick up my calls againSo I lost 80,000 on Tuesday and Wednesday night!From fake Opay agent claimers
My womans acct is not been functioning over the past 6 weeks and all efforts to get across to you over chat or call isnt been a success, she did an upgrade and up until now, she cant make use of the acct while her money is still struck in there, seriously its becoming irritating, please how and what can we do

Erroneous debit that will not be rectified for more than a week. After several calls to the customer service and their robotic replies of we are sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused you,my money and my 2 other friends still hanging....by abstaining from this application, you are saving yourself the headache I painfully had to go through.
Please i would like the management of OPay to look into creating a transaction PIN or Password before initiating any financial transactions within the OPay Platform. For me my money is not save because I might just drop my phone after using for a short time without logging off or someone could hack my entry password or pattern to access my account after which transfer all my money just like that without being prompted by a transactional password or Pin. Please just like we have it with the banking system I will also advise the OPay management to look into it since it has to do with money.Best Regards

Come honest and clean with it instead of lying and pretending and also redirecting the blame to your customers..Money was sent twice to my account yesterday and its over 24hrs now i havent received a dime. I saw over 700 queues of people waiting to contact you via chat yesterday afternoon that is over 100times the normal queue, then something told me you had issues and you started lying that its my bank network.. i called now no one is picking up.I told someone here days ago that opay will not last the way they are doing business and its obvious even with government disrupting your oride services.
Opay lacks a unified system of administration coupled with poor customer service.....i ordered for food and waited for four hours without delivery, had to cancel my order only for me to get a notification that the merchant declined it. How is that my fault? Pls if u want to stay in business, kindly revisit the drawing board, dot your Is and cross your Ts.

The app is not safe like I use to believe, I left 3,000 naira in the wallet and to my surprise after a week plus I didnt know how it was remove, my money vanished miraculously.

Customer service is extremely poor. I transferred #500 from my wallet to obus. I requested for how to get the money back on the wallet and they kept on transferring me to different individuals who dont even know what they are saying and rude. Im highly disappointed.

This is the worst service I have ever received since I was born. I ordered for food on the opay app (ofood) today. Waited for more than 3 hours, no food, only for me to get a notification on the app that my order has been delivered. I applied for a refund, I was denied. I called Opay Operation Centre, Lekki to find a way to resolve this. This guy I spoke to asked me to go to the app to get the customer care line instead of just giving it to me.This is absolutely terrible.

Your customer service are very poor,why will i order food and the merchant(Honeycrush kitchen @medical road, ikeja) didnt turn up on time and i had to cancel the order . SCAMMERS, THIEVES...I ordered for food, from ofood, never got my order, I got a notification my order has been completed. I asked for refund, nothing. Called their customer care agents, nobody picked. Deleted my details immediately. These guys are thieves, Ill be sure to share this info with anyone I know, if theres 0 star, Ill use it, RUBBISH!!!
