There is a saloon on the ground floor where I usually do my nails. The place is spacious and neat. In this saloon, there space for other businesses like tailor, barbing saloon, hairdressing saloon and manicure and pedicure. All the offices are fully aircondition and neat. The staffs have experience and attend to customers very well. You can buy drinks, snacks and some of the things you need to make your hair.

Encounter House is an iconic landmark in the Magodo Estate in Lagos. Its looks show that it is one of the very old buildings in the estate. The House will look a lot better if it can be repainted and touched up where necessary. It has in it various business enterprises such as a cake shop, some lawyers offices, a gym, and an arts and craft workshop. I particularly enjoy the works on the crafts shop. In the crafts shop, they use various media of wood, painting on canvass and steel works to make art forms. The crafts shop presents a good reason to visit Encounter House any day.

Nice business place

Currently a waste of space as the ambience is dirty and very poorly managed for such a big edifice.Its a cornerpiece property and it houses a combined hair salon and barbers shop; a gym called Empire Gym and a cake shop. Theres a small art gallery somewhere in the front.Political rallies for the current ruling party, APC sometimes hold in the building.Nothing spectacular really, it could be put to better use as a social hub, church etc
