I was here for another stage job interview last month. Sadly I wasnt successful in getting the job.However, this is a dream place for me. The environment is beautiful and aesthetically healthy for a workplace. Everyone I met at the time was very happy and very receptive. There is a strong hygiene policy right at the gatehouse to their workstations.You can access DHL House from anywhere because it is located centrally and strategically. The easiest landmark is at the Toyota bus stop. Raise your head and you will see their signpost. Follow it and you are there. There is a vehicle and wheelchair access. Everything accessible here was well architecturally orchestrated.Their staff and customer-friendly policy are top-notch.

The waiting time to send a parcel should seriously be looked into - it should be halted, at least! I spent more than an hour before I could be attended to. It was a shock to observe that it took almost 2 hours for a crowd of about 8 to 10 clients to be attended to by a team of 3 DHL front desk operatives.SURELY DHL can do much better than this.I am not impressed!

It has a good environment and they know what they are doing.

DHL has always been known for efficient deliveries, even though pricey because of the brand that they are. They are still living up to their name nevertheless. So if you want to ship items abroad especially, then DHL is it for you. They had really nice and friendly customer care people.

Dhl courier attendants are obviously not fast in service rendering. I was delayed I felt like I couldnt use anyway else bcos my director recommended them. I would have love FedEx.

Nonsense place.One person attending to 1million people. The only man there wasnt friendly at all. Saying trash, he couldnt explain things clearly. Nonsense people.. my own money and you telling me trash.

Very sloppy service. The attendants were so slow and lackadaisical to their work. Poor work ethics as they were gisting, laughing and attending to the customers at the same time. Very unprofessional.

Theh spend too much time attending to customers. It used to be a lot better. So I guess if may down to the C-19 season.

DHL is a trusted global shipping company. Their service is top of the range with premium pricing too. If you are a big client shipping cargoes regularly, DHL is very reliable. They have carnet with many countries that will ensure your good transit through customs checks quickly in many countries. Their customers service, however is opposite if you are just an individual as their staff could sometimes treat you with suspicion which is quite frustrating due to their experiences with scammers (yahoo boys!). They definitely need to work on this. I have personally experienced their services from both ends.

DHL House is located around airport road. Its at a spot you cant easily miss. They have two entrances, one for collection and the other for sending. Ive used both entrances. Sending items is relatively easy as you get a form to fill on entry. Same goes for collection.
