The elevators are working fine. Staff are accommodating. But the AC - maybe its because I went for an interview. Also, Google maps directions are accurate.

Their air conditioning generally sucks. Tenants basically have to provide additional air conditioning of their to compliment what they offers. Should I just say the services the landlord provides is not what is expected for a building that charges that so much. They did start well but as d case is with anything most Nigerian, degradation has gradually crept into them.But do not take my words all for it, visit the place yourself to confirm, you might be well surprised that they still function quite well relatively compared to other buildings in it category.

Drove my girl friend here to submit her visa application to the UK.You have to come in early if not parking is a hassle. Theres a convenience on the ground floor but please come with your own toilet paper and soap.Dont be pulled away by the people dragging you to come patronize them. You can literally apply to the UK yourself and get the visa.My friend did.

Good Office complex; well maintained and secure. The location and accessibility is good too, and even at night the “Churchgate” signage flashes colorful light that can be seen far away.

All made of glass... Its an iconic and immersive structure with multiple facets. It has the street named after it.

Amazing building, Great security and you will get some great service too out there.... Went to IBM for a seminar and I must say I really enjoyed my time, starting from the security to the elevator (always a smooth ride) and so on.

Nice office building in the heart of Victoria Island business district of Lagos. Easy access to other parts of Victoria Island and other areas of Lagos.

Great edifice but the street belong to AIICO. Strong and powerful company. They have been there before Churchgate came to existence. But maybe out of negligence churchgate took the name over from Afribank. AIICO should wake up. I was a staff and I know the sky is the limit if the right thing is done. I am waiting.

It’s very neat!! They have TLScontact office for UK visa and Immigration so you don’t have to go all too far if you live in the island to process it. It’s also very fast and easy everything in the office is digitalized .

Kind of faulty elevator for such a beautiful house. However, the offices are beautiful, and could act as a platform for having an aerial view of Victoria Island.
