Integrity is key.If someone books online and books for front seat or any other specific reason, he should get the sit he booked for not someone else paying more for the seat and you give it to the person and the person who booked a day before would be taken to another sit which he doesnt like.This is bad

The place was so neat and the ticket attendant was friendly ,although the driver was not told that some passengers where not going to the last bus stop that kept one of the passenger angry. Because he had to spend extra money to his destination.

The service was too poor, they drop us on the road in owerri, the passengers that are going to Aba without making a proper arrangement we were stranded on the road very late at night and the AC is not working well.

They usually have delays due to low turn up of passengers..

Very terrible Buses, dont keep to time, they also dont get you to the destination paid for. Some of their staff are as rude as they come!

I booked a 7am bus to travel to Owerri and as at 9am, there was no bus insight for a 7am departure. I am very disappointed.

They lack proper organisation and arrangement.

This was like the worst experience I had as a traveler. First I tried booking online and when the system rejected my debit card, I tried to call the customer service. The customer service number was SWITCHED OFF! Alright, though. I went to the terminal and booked for an extra 1000₦.We left some minutes later than scheduled.I was traveling from Lagos to Aba, but we had not even gone beyond Lagos and our bus broke down! We spent 3 hours waiting for a new bus to come pick us up.This new bus came and another awful experience ensued. Driver even had a quarrel with a passenger.To cut the story short. Libra motors didnt get me to my destination. I paid to be dropped off at Aba, but I was dropped at Owerri. Had to make extra expenses to get to Aba.A journey that should take 9 hours took around 15 hours.Im not sure Im ever trying this again.Thanks, Libra motors. You guys should work on yourselves. Do a major overhaul!

I experienced a very bad service from one of the drivers Mr Chima, so rude on the phone and even hang up on me and when I called him back to enquiry about my goods that was given to him to bring to Lagos,he said when I am tired I will hang up. Please management work on your drivers as they will spoil business for you because as for me its a NO No to Libra park. I can not use them for my business or advice anyone to do so . Thanks.

I sent an item through waybill to Abia,an item that was urgently needed for next day use. They conveniently forgot it here in Lagos and dribbled me all day saying they gave it to another driver to help pass it down to Abia. Ultimately the manager or whoever it was i was communicating with got tired of lying and turned off his phone instead of sending the drivers number like he promised. No integrity, runnnn from Libra

The place is good for people leaving in Bariga, Ifako, Gbagada and Oworonsoki that want to travel to the east or northern part of the country. But presently they have much bus available I guess they have just started so as time goes on they will be better
