Poor and slow service. I was traveling from Lagos to Ebonyi charging N11,000 for the bus fare. The bus is a Toyota Sienna that should contain 7 people including the driver but carried 8 people making the extra passenger sit on her luggage for a +10hr journey. I am thankful I am not the person but that is an unfair treatment for someone who paid in full the fee for the transport. It is dishonest, irresponsible and reckless. Not to mention, the lax timing for departure that was scheduled for 6am but left about 6:49am.Well I am yet to reach my destination I hope the driving is safe and less stressful.

So I boarded a 6:15am bus from FCT to Lagos, was delayed for 3hrs in FCT, driver followed unprefered route, carried me to Berger mowe ibafo traffic without AC, entered Lagos at 12:05am, slept at your park.Thank you.Officially my last first and last.Driver tried that’s why you see 3 stars.

Not bad, decent experience. I arrived late in the night and crashed in one of the rooms for 6k. It was decent had an air conditioner, a water heater and a shower with a WC and a sink. Also had a TV but the only watchable channel was NTA so it was switched off. And the AC was really noisy so i had yo put it off.

I went with my sister for her nysc on boarding to her posting.l but they were not organized as there was too much delay at their yaba office. Expected take off time was supposed to be 6am but took till 7am before take off. Was even eaten by rain without adequate provision of shed. This is really a bad experience

I travelled in a non A/C dirty bus with torn seats from lagos to Abuja with all the dust. They delayed us so much that when we tried complaining we were insulted by the management. They do not care about their passengers . Please and please do not travel with cross country if you do not want to regret the entire journey.

There service was the worst Ive ever experienced in my travels, I have never been treated so poorly, in some cases car breakdowns which is understandable because they dont have much control to when there buses breakdown.In this case there was no breakdown just total poor customer service, a journey that was suppose to be 10 hours was mad to 2 days and driver was so rude to passengers to the point he continued the journey with the passenger door opened insisting the passengers close it or leave it he doesnt care there by putting the life of every passenger in danger which include two kids traveling with there mother, .Am still not happy they get 1 star they deserve no star at all

The driver is sausy, the bus is so dirty, No AC from Lagos to Jos, there is mosquito in the bus and the driver has stopped like 3 times in less than 1hour. We are currently waiting in one filling station and we dont even know why

HmmWhen travelling to the north, their customer service was on point. We were even given snacks and the AC was on throughout the journey.The bus didnt take us to our destination, we had to change bus to another bus which arrived late.When leaving the north, I decided to try again. They transferred passengers to another dirty bus without ac and window that couldnt open. The driver wasnt friendly, he mishandled my box and spoilt it. He kept picking passengers at different points.Thank God for safety

I was delayed at the ikotun terminal for over an hour, a 5:30 movement became a 7 movement, getting to gbagada where they did the exchange of passengers while they where wasting time I got down to get water informing the bus and I hot back to the assistant insulting me and being so rude. And my full ride to abuja was without air conditioning in heat and dust. This is my 7th time using them and for the second time I regret deeply using cross country and after this i doubt I will patronize. The delay is too much for this period, not with the herdsmen issue and pandemic in the country .

This was not a good experience, so many things are wrong with how Cross country operates, first off we booked a ride to Benin republic for 5am as advertised on their website, we got there at 4:40 and at 6am we were finally put in a vehicle which took us to Cross Country Yaba. We finally moved at 8:30am.On our way all other vehicles were passing the check point with ease except Cross country, the driver stopped at every opportunity, we got to cotonou at 4:50pm for a ride that was supposed to be 3hours.The return journey was just as bad, the 3pm advertised turned to 5:30pm, we left cotonou for Nigeria at 5:30pm and got to the yaba office at 11:56pm. I will not recommend cross country unless its your absolute last choice.

Use a face mask when you go in. Book your tickets/make enquiries quickly and stay in your own car till youre ready to leave.Great cars, passable service, terrible office environment.

Cross country is a no no to any prospective traveller.They ruined my plans of having an Easter vacation in Accra with more than 5 hours of delay without adequate explanation. Fought to get my passport back and a refund of my return ticket cost from the booking officer. How can a bus set for departure at 5:30am arrive the park for take-off at almost 11am???Time wasters indeed. Im never booking cross country again. I had a nice experience Travelling from Accra to Lagos on 8th October. Even though we didnt leave at the proposed departure time, I was comfortable at the waiting lounge and we still arrived Lagos at a decent time. The journey was smooth, the driver was very professional, fully airconditioned bus with the television entertaining us throughout the journey. I must say its my best road trip so far. Thumbs up cross-country. I recommend this company for road trips.

They seem generally disorganized, but their buses are comfortable and the drivers are well trained. I bought an online ticket for travel to Cotonou and when I arrived at the terminal in Jibowu, it took them over 30 minutes to trace my booking. Worse till, their staff gave me wrong information on when to arrive so I missed the first bus and had to leave 3 hours after.When I was returning (I bought a return ticket), their staff gave me wrong information (again) so I missed the return bus. I got there by 3pm and had to wait for the next bus at 2am. Bottom line - dont rely on their online ticket system, verify the information they give you from many of them.

We took cross country bus from Lagos to Accra. It was a big disappointment. On the website the departure time was 510am but we did not leave till 9am and they gave no apologies. They also didnt follow the seating arrangement. Moreover the bus was fithy. It is suitable for traders.
