I smell coffee.A very maintained cafe that serves coffee, drinks, lemonades, fast food and sides.Although the sitting area is small, it is still sufficient and comfortable.The brownies are really nice.

A bit tight, wish it had more space. Not a great place for a meeting if you require some privacy (everyone basically hears what everyone else is saying because it is so small) but awesome to put on some headphones and get some work done. Coffee is good and there is an interesting menu of various pastries and toasted sandwiches. Service is sharpish. Nice spot.

One of my favorite coffee spots in Lagos...great variety of coffee, plays the best house playlist, good wifii connection and generally awesome networking and creative spot in the heart of VI.

Very serene environment with a strong coffee scent and a really courteous Barista, they are budget friendly and are quick to service.

Small petite place. Service slow when I arrived, even though only 2 customers inside. They didnt have small size cup - out of stock, so I had to up size my coffee. Decor is edgy yet feels like a coffee shop. View from inside looks on to the car park - if full parking you only see the rear end of cars. My takeaway coffee was great. Had no distinct flavour, other than normal coffee. I had cappuccino. I think they should look at there bean supplier & get proper roasted coffee beans. If Im to pay that price, Id expect a decent roasted flavour coming through.

This is a very nice to place to work peacefully. The atmosphere is very cosy and calm. The coffee and snacks are very good, especially the vanilla cake.Also the staff are very friendly.

Theyre hot chocolate is top-notch( I took it cold though) and the guy at the counter gave me extra milk. Made the drunk last longer 😍. I had the AGEGE bread sandwich and it was grilled/toasted and delicious. But it had too much creamy sauce.

Was a comfort place when my office was on Adeola Hopewell Street. Small but welcoming. Loved the par fait and their snacks. You could sit in a quiet corner to read or work on your lap top too.

This is one of my favorite spots in Lagos. Their vanilla latte is amazing. The environment is cozy and peaceful, so you can work with your laptop there for long hours over a cup of coffee and cake, and just forger all your worries!! Its a place to chill.

A lot smaller than their other now-closed VI location, so seating is a little tighter, but its clean and functional. Getting here means getting on Sanusi Fafunwa, though, and this tiny mall doesnt have much parking

My first ever visit to a Cafe Neo cafeteria on June 23, 2017 (the one in Sanusi Fafunwa Street, on Victoria Island) was a bad experience.First of all, the staff there all looked unhappy and that is no way to endear customers.Secondly, there was no desire to meet my beverage needs; I dont like taking caffeine, and I was told that there was no chocolate available, without any initial plan to offer me something else.There was also no prior explanation of the receipting system; I had to ask several times before someone named Michael (Im not sure he was even a member of staff) explained it to me.There was nothing displaying the hours of operation and the information on google stated that the cafe closed at 7:00pm, but I was told much later in the cafe that they close at 6:00pm, as I arrived there at 5:45pm. At 5 minutes to 6:00pm, my request for the wifi password was declined as they were “about to close”.This is just bad customer service, and this casts a bad shadow on the institution. I hope other outlets of the chain are much better.

So I saw an interview of the owners on online and decided on visiting this morning. Only customer in the store and walked up to the counter and told the coffee maker/cashier (guy with the grey hair patch you know yourself) that I needed a regular coffee and bagel. He proceeded to ignore me and return to his administrative duties. He finally asked me what I wanted so I repeated myself and he gave me a look like I asked for pounded yam. He asked if I wanted milk/sugar and I affirmed relaying that i just wanted milk with no froth and again the look like I asked for gbegiri with the iyan I previously ordered. Upon making my cup I handed him my card which he ran but apparently there was a network issue. He said nothing and proceeded to insert my card into another machine with no explanation!Neo cafe owners you have a great concept here but if you dont have customer service your efforts are futile. Sorely disappointed not with your product but the way I was treated. First impression sucked and will not patronize again. Very sad really.

Only food available are pastries and sandwiches. There are also snacks such as nuts and dried fruit.Staff are friendly and points for buying coffee add up quick enough to get a cup plus sandwich after a few visits.
