WAEC customer service is a smaller building which is separate from the main WAEC building. It is at the extreme of parking space once one enters WAEC office. There are two customer service representatives. Chairs are arranged for guests to sit and wait for there turn in order to be attended to. Generally, the ladies attending to people are nice and very efficient. It was a good experience here.
