Absolutely love coming to do my hair here. Friendly customer service, warm camaderie amongst the staff, analysis of hair during the year is usually spot on, diligent and exceptional people all round. Sometimes its a bother because they are usually so good, that the place is chock full of people on the weekends. Im tempted to say please dont come and fill up the spaces on the weekend, but then they would be out of business, so do stop by and get a hair-y experience. You will be glad you did.

I especially like the deep conditioning treatment for 3k only.Centralized location, easily accessible, and prompt service.They retouch hair, monitor hair growth and weave naturally. Products are also available for natural hair.Braids and attachments are not allowed.

I love this place BUT the receptionist needs a lot of customer service training! Shes not nice and welcoming at all and does nothing to reassure the customer. She literally told my sister and I to go loosen our hair elsewhere and come back later because there werent enough hands to help. If she had a smile on her face, I probably wouldnt feel this way. We took our patronage elsewhere in that case.

I had a good conditioning wash today at the salon. Segun attended to me very calmly and professionally after carrying out some diagnosis on my hair. So I have decided that I have to come care for my hair more often at this salon I usually go to other salons but many places have staff who dont pay attention and care about the natural hair. All they want to do is rush the wash, fix or braid. So no artificial extensions for the next 16 weeks so my real hair can become healthier. So help me God. Keep up with good customer service Raimat!

I can appreciate what the founders/owners are trying to do here. Love that it is Nigerian owned. Received a voucher to come in and was looked after from beginning to end. Brought two of my friends in from Australia who are of Ghanian heritage and they loved it also and found it professionally run (found out we could get a free hair consult when we book in). Reasonable priced products, well thought out service - loved the staff training and capacity building element to the business also. Well done NGT.

The management of Natures Gentle Touch needs to pay more attention to what’s going on lately. Please do not deploy a staff who is learning to render services to customers! We are used to a certain standard of professional service and that is why some of us have stayed for years as customers even when there are options.

Customer service here is really poor. It is very discouraging where theres a great product and the worst service everI would not recommend this to anyone, unless getting from a third party or just another product.

Since I started using NGT,I nolonger experience breakage and itching.My hair is longer and healthier.

I have been coming here since they where at the old location. The service has always been excellent.

They are super over priced and you will not get value for the money you spend!Over a course of four weeks in total, the average spend per visit was N8,000. I expected super professional service but the second to last time I went there, the stylist braided my natural hair so tightly that I had bumps and lost a lot of hair when I went back to loosen it. As in my hair came out with the roots - you know the white bulb at the bottom of the hair strand? Yeah! I was infuriated and they did little or nothing to make amends or placate me. More annoying is the fact that they charge you to loosen the same hair that you made there!!!! I called the manager to complain and show him the hair loss and he still felt it was okay to be charged to loosen my hair rather than offer me a free service.Needless to say, that was my last time there i.e. April 2018. I have since found better alternatives with value for money.

I do not understand why I won’t be allowed in with my 10months old baby except I have a nanny. It’s very very upsetting and irritating! Does everyone have to come in with a baby sitter? And if yes, how can I be comfortable leaving a barely one year old with my babysitter at the reception downstairs! Naaaahhhh! Not for me!

Its a great brand. Used to have stubborn and irritating dandruff but with the help of the Natures Gentle Touch Tea Tree Anti-dandruff range, I can gladly say my dandruff days are now history. Cheers to a great brand that helps to put smiles on the faces of Nigerian women.
