Arguably one of the best spas Ive been to in Lagos, Nigeria. I love the ambience, so relaxing and welcoming. It is a well-maintained facility. The staff members are also very friendly and professional. The spa session itself was very well done, adequate attention was paid to the body massage and I must say, I felt good and relieved after the session.I think this is a very good location, easily accessible with more than enough car parking spaces.Lovely place, I must say and highly recommended

Had a full body massage here on my birthday. My babe is the best.Spent some time in the steam room. The sauna was hotttt. Really steamy and opened my pores right up.Then the massage followed.After which I got a facial.It was intense.The technician was strong and capable and I definitely felt it.Its located inside Oriental Hotel.So thats nice

I absolutely loved Oriki. I had a Swedish massage and pedicure. The massage was heavenly, the therapist had the softest hands.It was relaxing and so great, the ambience was superb, the music playing was refreshing and relaxing.The staff were also very professional and polite. I’ll definitely be going back.

Had the 60 mins Swedish Massage which was quite relaxing but the masseuse wasn’t very friendly. She kept tapping(poking really) me to either turn or indicate that she was done instead of just speaking. Didn’t even ask me if I enjoyed the session afterwards. Pedicure was good, really enjoyed the foot massage. Manicure was just basic- not as relaxing. Overall I’d say for the prices attached, the services and personal touch could be better.

First off, I came late. All thanks to my failed uber ride and of course the rainy day. I sent a mail earlier explaining the current situation and that I was on my way.I got there an hour and some minutes after my appointment. The front desk attendant was so kind and polite. It really warmed my heart when she said she had been trying to reach me. I also apologized for coming late.While, I had to wait a bit, the attendant came in and provided feedback on why I had to wait a bit. The ambience was really something and I didnt feel these waiting. I had the body scrub and the masseuse assigned to me was also really helpful, accommodating and had a warm persona.I enjoyed every bit of it and wished it wouldnt end. I would give 1000 over 100 for the customer service I received. I would definitely refer people. This is the best Birthday treat ever!!!

I visited ORIKI at the Yacht Hotel Location and it was such an amazing experience. My therapist was so attentive and pleasant, my body felt brand new. The ambience is beautiful and the spa had such a lovely smell. I am definitely coming back monthly. I am so glad ORIKI came to Lekki.

This was the best spa experience I have had in a long time. I am visiting from Abuja and my friend recommended that I try ORIKI, and it was a great decision. The therapist was very thorough and Ieft very relaxed, I only wish I didnt have to be woken up. ORIKI come to Abuja please!

I was extremely pleased with my massage and facial at ORÍKÌ. I remember when I had more time on my hands 3 years ago and I used to go there weekly for facials. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the quality has remained consistent and the staff have remained friendly.

Last Sunday, I needed a relaxing massage that was safe for the first trimester of pregnancy, and I got directed to the Oriki Spa located in Oriental Hotel Lagos.The spa is such a beautiful place to visit. They took care to make the ambience a welcoming and relaxing one, with soothing music wafting over the speakers.The front desk staff are very polite and helpful with information about the services offered.The place is clean and smells really nice. You sense that you have stepped into positive and healing energy the moment you walk into Oriki.My massage went very well. I started to fall asleep halfway through it. And after the masseuse was done, she allowed me nap on the bed for a while. The room was dark and cool, and I almost didnt want to leave if not for my treacherous, full bladder.Id recommend Oriki for your Spa treatments. You  can easily see that they are out to deliver high quality service.I intend to return to have a pedicure done next week. I cant wait!

I am displeased at your service, i booked a couple’s pedicure session and ur team decided to cancel without calling or replying the mail. How can u say i should book for a couples’s massage twice, what does couple mean to u- two. Your customer service is deteriorating and i am so appalled. Good luck trying to make a booking when the staff cannot be bothered to respond to messages or enquiries despite multiple calls and messages over several days. Getting a spa treatment should not result in high blood pressure.

Enjoyed their pedicure and body scrub.I didnt really see the effects of the stress massage though.

Quality service and top grade massages. After a few experiences, I brought my mum for a pedicure and unfortunately, she was served by a man in training whose work had to redone. Otherwise, he and the rest of the team were incredibly polite and the final service was good.

Wholeheartedly the WORST and most PAINFUL waxing experience Ive ever had.I only booked an appointment here due to the fact that my usual waxer was out of town and I had an event. The spa itself is beautiful and the prices arent bad either but oh my God my service was absolutely terrible. Between the crowded, dirty waxing room, scalding hot wax, double dipping in with dirty wax sticks, messy application, horrible bedside manner and poor hygiene practices Im not sure how ANYONE can possibly tolerate it.This is the only service Ive had here and this experience makes me never want to go back for anything, not even I pedicure!

The service rendered was worth the cash. The massage therapist was so professional about the whole exercise. I felt like it should continue forever. In all, I had a great time there. Plus, its so easy to get there using your GPS. 😍

Beautiful spa, terrible terrible hard wax Brazilian. I now know why wax specialists in the USA need to have a beauty school certificate which they hang up on the wall for everyone to see. From the moment my lady started the wax I knew she was no expert and didnt really know the basics about waxing- a simple google search will reveal that you are supposed to pull off the wax AGAINST the direction of hair growth not in the same direction. I had to correct her after a few times doing it the wrong way and she tells me it hurts less that way. Now lets see... if I was scared about the pain why would I be waxing and not using some other hair removal method? Im more scared of ingrown hairs and having the hairs come back prematurely than the pain. And thats exactly what happened, a ton of ingrowns and a many hairs are back because they were not plucked from the root but broke somewhere beneath my skin. Nice gal, really, but when I pay money for a professional wax I actually expect a certified professional to do it or at least someone who really knows what they are doing. And this was not the case here, I might as well have done it myself, which I likely will now have to start doing. Sigh.

As someone that does not like people in her personal space/ does not like other people looking at her nakedness I’ve always avoided going in for a professional massage but when my friend suggested we went for one as part of her birthday weekend, I couldn’t refuse.I’m glad I didn’t regret it. I realized that my entire body has been up in knots all this while. It was so relaxing, the therapists were professional and I didn’t feel exposed at any point in time.We got the Swedish massage and slept off after the session; I could’ve given my massage therapist a flying kick for waking me up. But decorum.Next stop: Waxing!

Third time’s the charm I guess.So I typically will never try a place with bad customer service reviews but as my sister swore by their facial, I just had to 🙈.The first time I called to book an appointment, the lady promised to call back to confirm if they could take a walk in (this was about 6pm-ish). I waited about 20mins and called her back and guess what? She’d forgotten to call me back.The 2nd time I called a little earlier and was told to come through. Got there in less than 15mins only to be told I had to wait almost an hour... Of course I turned around and left?But I didn’t give up! Lol... so next day, I call again after work and they asked me to come down (in fact, they had been “looking for my number to ask me to come in” 🙄). I sha went.Waited about 10-15mins then went in for what I can say was (without setting too high an expectation) one of the best facial treatments I’ve ever had. Thanks to Toyin.My 3 star however, is because the management definitely needs to improve on customer service; especially communication and time management.

Terrible bar none customer service. I called the main outlet to confirm the Lekki 1 outlet address, the receptionist didnt know it. They take literally a day to respond to WhatsApp enquiries - thats if they bother to. Dont expect them to call you back to confirm whether or not your product is now in stock - even if they promise to. And finally, they only appear to make one batch of their products so when whatever you buy runs out you really, really need to start looking elsewhere for a substitute. Final word I shake the dust of Oriki Spa from my sandals NEVER to return
