Great store if you’re buying online. Good prices and product range. The walk-in experience is genuinely awful. While the store itself is beautifully finished, and well stocked, It is not a good store for physically browsing through products, because the store attendants will discourage it.When i tried to browse, the attendants hit me with the “what exactly do you want?”This is so baffling to me, since the average store encourages you to stay longer because you’ll be more likely to buy stuff on impulse.The owner who i think I interacted with was very condescending after hearing my budget was 10-15k, and tried to impose products on me that I didn’t want. She became very irritable on realizing i wasn’t going to follow her recommendations, then hurried me up and all but kicked me out.Overall I would still say buy from this store via instagram, especially during a sale. If you must avoid shipping, pay online, then pick up from the physical store.Avoid this store if you’re looking for retail therapy.

Great product lineup. However, customer service is really poor especially when you deal with the owner directly. Very impatient to understand what the issues are. I prefer to order via the website whenever it is up to date.Actively looking for another store I can get original natural hair products.

Staff are very helpful and nice, overall shopping experience was great. They also offer delivery in state and to other states. Delivery is usually fast and the courier is also very cordial and respectful
