Came here for a tire fitting after getting the tyres at a local shop. The local shop had apprentices so they inadvertently gave me the wrong tyres, some young men, trying to make a sale. But then, this place with the fancy shop on the highway and supposed qualified technicians didnt catch it.I brought the tyres to this place instead of my local vulcaniser because I thought it would make a difference to fit 2 out of 4 tyres. The technicians here didnt even notice that I had the wrong tyre size - 225/55 instead of 225/65. It took them over 3 hours to fit the tyres and still STILL they didnt notice.Then, as I drove home the 4WD signal flashed and my steering was vibrating. Brought it back the next day and they still STILL didnt notice the issue.So I used the good ole fashioned GOOGLE search engine and it said check the tyre size, thats when this committee of technicians noticed the error. Can you imagine?That Google is more accurate than they are. And guess what, they didnt refund me my money. Not even an apology for their blatant stupidity. How is it that Google diagnoses an error that they cannot? This is your day job, how can you make this error and not even apologise for it?DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES...NOT AT ALL...they have no clue...none whatsoever....

Also there you are sure of quality. Car services are offered too. Customer service is well organized and polite.

I called this morning 3rd September to make an enquiry. The staff that picked ( a guy) was so rude and disrespectful. He yelled at me and hung up the phone. I’m writing this review in the hope that the owners will see it. He is a very poor representative of the company and should be fired!

The manager sold me a budget tyre brand at the price of Infinity tyres claiming the two brands are from the same company. I paid 16k for wheel balancing and alignment that I had to bring back the next day because it was as if they werent done at all. I ended up taking my car to AutoFast to get get it finally fixed.

Reasonably priced tyres. Fast tyre replacement and alignment. No early-rising technicians so I suggest you get there after 9am.

Entering this auto service center, the aroma from the tyres stocked inside reminded me of my days working in Dunlop. The center is well stocked with various tyre sizes, premium engine oil, vehicle batteries and many more.There are two service bays where tyre changes and alignments are carried out. The security guy outside who is in charge of final documentation needs to be enlightened more on cleanliness. I was issued a very clean invoice and receipt from inside but when I came out , he requested that I hand it over to him for recording. By the time he returned the documents to me, they were heavily stained. Unfortunately he had no remorse for it. That singular experience drained the excitement i had up until then. That is sure the weakest link in the entire value chain put in place.

First thing that jumped at me was the disparity in product price between online and in shop. Upon bringing this up, they confirmed their marketing manager was working on it.Location: Choice location in Victoria Island with adequate space to work on 7 vehicles concurrently.Staff professionalism: Security well courteous, the technicians seemed to know what they were doing.Product Pricing: Fair compared to competitors.Tyre Stock: They loose two stars for this. All Tyres available for the size I wanted were all over a year old. I still bought them as I intended to change them within the life span of the rubber.Overall, Id still recommend Infinity tyres to anyone.

I didnt like my last experience with the mechanics.Even the MD goofed. Stating a wrong tyre DOT for my new tires which impacted my discount. However I still recommend them. (A glitch in almost 7 years of doing business with them). The administrative staff provides good professional advise.And yes the mechanics flea on you for tips even when they mess up on the work.
