Thanks for the reminder to put it out there that great service delivery abs customer care are the best ways to sell a business product. When your customer’s orders are not delivered and you offer no apologies, you lose yet another one. I placed a special order and followed up consistently with the service girl . She not only forgot my order, but had a bad attitude, no apologies given. The issue was escalated to the boss and he never got back to me. As a frequent black box customer who always promoted the business, I found this behaviour very nonchalant and unprofessional . I have since taken my custom elsewhere where the service delivery enhances the taste of the meal.

The best grill box in Lekki with the worst phone customer service😭!!! Love their boxes to bits! But their customer service on the phone? A huge zero! Very inconsistent and erratic. Some days you can get through, some days you cant. When you get through it is like you are begging for the meal. Frustration with it has led me settle for less appealing meals but better service, however there are days I just want their box so I drive down to get it and skip the phone customer service.

I just love the food here, especially the grilled turkey! Tried out their delivery service too and the food got to me, nice and hot.Id recommend if you are looking for something off the grill.

Fantastic place. They make really great grills. They call it blackbox and it comes with all kind of good stuff from turkey wings to chicken to sweet corn to hamburger. You will enjoy every bite, believe me.

I was at your Ikeja outlet looking to order the black box mini combo 2 (Im a ribs lover) but was informed I had to preorder. 24hrs later I had my order delivered to me and to say I was disappointed would be putting it very mildly.The food looked nothing like the pictures you have up and the ribs was literally a rib with no meat attached.

Space is much smaller than you expect but doesnt take anything from the actual food

I waited to post this until after I had eaten the actual meal. I enjoyed the BBQ turkey 🍖HOWEVER, whoever speaks to customers on the line attached to the Google search is a disappointment. He has no courtesy, he sounds like hes just waking up from sleep and the best one, hes very terrible wv giving directions to their place which has no sign to indicate outside; but is next to ABIMBOLAS PLACE on Admiralty Way, Lekki.The store attendant was very lovely and helpful.What a shame 👎🏽

What caught my attention first was the blackbox package. I had seen it on the gram initially, then a colleague of mine had it delivered to her and I was so fascinated @ the creativity of this black box. My other colleagues were guessing what it was initially till they found out it’s food. And when the box was opened, Goodness me !!! We all exclaimed and enjoyed a great fill that noon.The black box experience is a mind blowing one. The box of mixed grill combos is very satisfying and tastes so yummy. The meal tastes properly grilled and besides these days we all shy away from oily fries and all, the black box is one good one. In as much as it’s a luxury fill, it’s very good to host guests as 2 people can have a box and get pretty satisfied. If you have had yours you would have a fave but for me mine is the burger...😍👅. The Blackbox Cafe is located strategically along Admiralty way, easy accessibility, ample parking lot, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. As they helped me while trying to make a choice from the menu. #TheBlackboxExperience leaves you wanting more. I would recommend over and again to anyone to have their #blackboxexperience as nothing beats the Ultimate...
