This is a very nice place for lodging, its has a very nice customer care services, has parking space, restaurant serves great food.

Terrible soaked peeling wall papers and bad toilet facility. No water in the sink and none in the WC. Horrible experience.

Well, This is a budget suite for those at Surulere (Eric Moore /Bode Thomas axis).I was at a conference and they kept changing over without due notice. I already complained about their customer service. Hopefully, the next time you visit,you will be served better

Nice... Customer service great. Staff very nice and willing to help and interact. Johnson and the Hausa man plus the new dark receptionist were exceptional. Enjoyed my stay.

Theyre suits looked nice,till inward looking for my remote under the bed and saw it wasnt swept or mopped,they just cleaned all the other surfaces and left under the bed.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife. Honestly we had the most horrible experience ever in a hotel. This is a place with a poor sanitary culture. Bed sheets are hardly changed. Even when sheets were changed, one could suspect these were only move from one room to another to create the impression they were to be replaced. Occasionally we had to complain to hotelier about housekeepers dressing our beds with already used and blood stained bedsheets. I could upload pictures here for proof if there was options to to do so.

Looking for a budget hotel in Surulere environ? Whitebrook suite is one to consider especially if you are around Bode Thomas/Eric Moore in Surulere. This is a budget hotel, it goes with what you get, not the average you can have, but it is worth a try. I hope they get better with their services as their location seem nice.

Clean room and nice service.

I attended a seminar here. The light was static which affected the projector as it tripped off at least 3 times. Dustbins were not conspicuously placed. The flushing mechanism of the female toilet was broken which meant I had to manually fetch water to flush. The reception was abandoned with no one in attendance. In conclusion, I would not want to host an event here personally.

Good the standard is okay but services is poor

Okay, the place is not fantastic at all. MY friends and I were totally disappointed at what we saw physically compared to what was online. Faulty toilet, the heater wasnt working well, very non challant staff. I didnt enjoy my stay at all. Nothing to write home about , the place was just smelling of weed , more like an agbero hangout. The management really needs to look into it , very poor service , no receptionist. Even the person attending to my friends and I was behaving as if were came to disturb them.

Has a cost effective accommodation. But my room AC was a faulty

Rooms are always attended to, had clean sheets and blankets. Generator was on the stand-by, they accept cash payment, bank transfer and POS. security was very OK too.
