The waiter at the restaurant ruined the entire stay for me. While I have known this place for many years, there seems to be no progress in staff training and the manager was no where to be found. The strength of a hospitality business is in its employees who interface with customers all the time. I therefore will not recommend here. There are newer and better hotels by the airport such as Ibis

Premium hotel that follows covid19 prevention protocols effectively and they have a 24hours power supply without cease. Meals are nice and customer service at its best (100percent), they are always willing to help and assist you.Moreover hotel is very spacious and a few minutes drive to the Lagos airport.They made travelling easy for me.

No hot water at all. To shower only with cold water. Had to boil water in electrical teapot. Lights off 10-12times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. Central ac no way to control temperature. Had to shot ac most of the time due to very cold temperature in the room. No way to adjust. Front desc very roof refuse to transfer calls to the restaurant. Food is very overpriced but delicious. No Ac in the restaurant even though two big fans are inside always off. Cannot sleep in the morning due to very loud noise in the hallway by 6 am from workers. Tv is nothing to watch just kids shows, 4 channels. Please try to make place better it’s not fair to the guests.

Staff is very hospitable.The room accommodated our whole family. The bed was comfy. They have a small convenience store, for there guest in case they forget necessities....Om the other side I didnt enjoy the small tv in the room...to small for a family movie night or to watch sports..However they have a very large TV downstairs for guest to watch sports.For you Americans that love BACON...They have it. Bacon is scarce in this Country

I dont know how this place got a 3.7 rating. I have no doubt in my mind people were asked to write good reviews to boost their image. My shower doesnt work, the rooms were disgusting and I found BLOOD stains! Yes BLOOD stains on my bedsheets. The food is far from good and the nerve to set the food prices that high when it tastes like socks is incredible. I only rated it 1star because they were able to maintain the power in the room but if that didnt happen and you could give negative points I certainly would have. I would rather deal with the 3hour traffic to drive to a hotel downtown than stay here ever again especially because the price is comparable to a lot of more decent places.

Most of the essential amenities dont work- no hot water; the shower faucet drips water all day all night. The air condition cannot be regulated. It is either on or off. The bed is too low and bathroom layout is terrible. The shower and the toilet area are one and the same. There is a high possibility of a guest stepping out and falling and breaking his/neck. A

Nice and clean and they have all basic amenities expected including WiFi (which wasnt really up to expectation)Rooms are Motel size with all basics including clothe angers, and of course The Gideons Bible.Food was buffet style with a decent variety. A little bit on the hot and spicy side but delicious.Am not sure about the security because I only saw inactive monitors with an unarmed staff.Overall, I will recommend this beautiful motel especially for the staff all around who would make sure you got whatever you want.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The price was reasonable and we were satisfied with the professional service from the staff. However, the few qualms I have is that the TV is too small for those of us with eyes issues to be able to read the symbols, letters and other information while watching the TV since I dont understand the many languages. Another thing is that is time that they equip these rooms with microwaves. Leftovers ordered could be saved in the refrigerator for later. Too often those foods have to be tossed out.

The hotel is on the main road about 5 minutes drive from the Muritala Muhammad international Airport Lagos. I noticed the staff are on top of their jobs, ready to assist whenever the need arises. There is a restaurant, a bar and also a mini supermarket in the reception where lodgers can easily pick up some essential needs. Cabs are also parked right in front of the hotel for easy navigation within and outside Lagos.

Room and services were great. Restaurant service was disappointing even local food was disappointing. My meals were on the airline after flight was cancelled but I ended up having to go outside the hotel for a good meal. The restaurant could do with an improved menu and improved quality of meals.

Stop Over Motel is is situated along international airport road inward Ajao estate. The hotel is one of the hotels along the international airport road that serves as alternative accommodation for a lot of people who might want to get close to the airport both domestic and international wings for the fear of missing there flight. The rooms are cool for the price and the WIFI is complementary. However, the meal need a serious upgrading

The circumstances of stay here were unfortunate. The airline/airport botched our flight plans so they put us in this motel.Service upon arrival was great. Check in was quick and easy and helpful during the commotion of all the passengers being taken care of. They even took our luggage upstairs. 8 bags at 23kg each, up 3 flights of stairs was impressive.WiFi at night is AMAZING! My experience with it in the morning was terrible. They claimed the router was down so I wasnt stressing.The Cafe is EXTREMELY SLOW!! They say its because they are catering to all the guests, but I dont believe that. I think their methods in the kitchen are unorthodox. Thats just my opinion from my two experiences. Dinner & breakfast. Youd assume breakfast would be quick, but that assumption would be wrong. After waiting the hour to eat the food is very delicious and well presented.The rooms are beautiful. The suites are massive, and the single rooms are efficient and clean. To visitors coming from abroad, the mattress is hard, but that didnt affect my sleep surprisingly. I just wanted it to be noted.The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the WiFi, Cafe food service time, and cafe customer service.I would recommend others to this motel, because the issues I experienced I believe will be seen in all other Nigerian based hotels. The saying, thats just how Nigeria is is an unfortunate saying, but accurate.

The staffs dont mind their business which is so annoying, they dont get to poke nose on some of the visitors who come to stay at the motels for awhile and when you are in your room that is when they know they want to come clean your room, its not acceptable really.
