Lovely place to chill. Great ambience. Warm service. Delicious meals. The Sunday karaoke is soooo much fun too.

Very nice, comfy place to sit out, eat good grills, have nice drinks and relax. Music is loud enough to be enjoyed and have a conversation with your friends; theres also a karaoke bar inside. I always have a good time here.

Serene and cool spot for you and your crew. The service has gotten better so big ups to them on that. From the live band to the karaoke sessions, youre sure to have an awesome time.

Nice dining place

First off, the manager is a great guy. The ambience was okay, music was great for a Friday evening but thats really all there is to be excited about. The food wasnt fantastic and took forever to come through, their cocktails werent worth it too (the manager apologised about this and said something about his main bartender not being around). Overall, I think their service delivery could be better if the waiters, cooks and bartender put in the extra effort like their manager.

The place is completely overpriced with terrible service.The food was cold when it came, the bartender won’t listen to correction and honestly I was completely bored and sad, they had no DJ.It was a complete waste

Pub 1 has a beautiful ambience with an indoor and outdoor sitting area. The outdoor area has a thatched roof and poolside. I specially like that there is an opportunity for karaoke with a mix of both Naija and foreign songs. The downside to this place is the limited parking space because of its nearness to the road however parking attendants are sometimes available to provide help.

I love the ambience. There is an indoor bar and restaurant and a garden section with an outdoor bar and a pool. There was a DJ playing music. I didnt order any food but the prices on the menu are not too pricey. Cocktails pictured were 3000naira each. Customer service was really good. They also do karaoke. It is better to go in the evenings.

Lost most of its luster from previous years. Could do with a lot if rejigging. The prices are superfluous and untenable. A quiet meeting or hideout vest describes this spot now

The DJ was nowhere to be found. The food was stupidly overpriced. Ambience was dead inside but the waiters were polite. Pretty much the only good thing

It has a nice pout door vibe to it, there’s a pool ( I love swimming so yeah that was an plus) but I didn’t like the fact that I kept having to chase houseflies from my surrounding.We eventually opted to sit indoors, the indoor space is real cool and I enjoyed the rest of my time there. I’d definitely be going back.

First time I visited Pub 1 was in 2013 or so.. so this year I decided to visit Pub 1.. the place is so on point. They renovated I was almost lost lol.. very lovely place, pool, live band, good DJ.. lovely screens for football. I had Pina-colada first night I visited and listened to good music and the second night I took my friends along to watch soccer and we had chicken suya, beef suya, chicken wings, fries and some drinks, I had my new fav. Pina-colada. The place is lively and service is great. I was happy. Thank you.

The place doesnt feel like before

The last time i was here (before the covid) the place was a come hub but the last vist want so even though the place was looking finer

I came here with my colleagues for a good time. I remember bits and pieces of that night, but the common denominator is good music and great service. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Maryland.

The wait time was terribly too long, service was slow and for some funny reason I had to literally shout to get a waiter to acknowledge me enough to want to give me a menu.I had grilled fish which was tasteless and too spicy.The lady at the tigernut stand was excellent, she was all smiles and ready to serve.In all pub 1 is a definite no no for me to go back to.

Beautiful ambience with gooood music at least on Wednesdays. There is also a free comedy show on Wednesday nights. Its fun. Although its a little pricier than regular bars. Parking space is limited but there are parking attendants always there to help.

Very good place to go with friends or a spouse. Great live band on fridays and very close to the access road. Slow customer service in terms of receiving and processing orders, but not enough to spoil your evening. Rafia roof is not water proof, check the weather app before heading out here.

Great music, I sat beside the pool... Henessy was my choice for the day. Went there for karaoke on Sunday with 2 others, we all actually had work the next day :).Please dont go late if its Karaoke youre there for. So you can sing more than once at least.We had so much fun, their food is also good only had the ofada though

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, great food and music. The owner/manager is equally very pleasant. They had a live DJ with Karaoke service and I hear they have a different theme for each day of the week and on some of the days, there is a live band.I must add again the food is really good and they have a variety to choose from. There is an outdoor area and an indoor area that could be used to host a party.
