I go there after taking a long time to get to this place just to hear that they closed and they directed me to The place to eat. That’s why there getting 2 star. The place was filled with cartons and boxes doesn’t look like a restaurant.

I had their virgin kolada and designer rice. And I cant wait to visit lagos again for that meal. It was awesome.

Its a really nice place with sound security attendants. My car window was wound down accidentally before I went into the Lounge and they notified me when they noticed it. That was really impressive. They also have a nice small gaming area where you can play ludo and drafts and whot and snooker. Theres a dart board on the wall but the pins are missing.

I was here with friends for a party. It has this antique and historic ambience that keeps you relaxed.The menu is good, drinks are available and the waiters are nice. I was shown around.There is also a VIP Section, Snooker and board games. Fun place to be.

Natives, as the name implies tries to give that native feel.. from bamboo furnishings, tasty local delicacies, wide array of drinks, on point DJ. The crowd is epileptic though. Sometimes its so full, you wander if a memo was sent out. Other times its quiet, the pool table become center of attraction. In any full night though, youre guaranteed a blast. Oh.. on full nights though, parking becomes an exercise in patience :)

Great place. Very traditional. Doesnt have too much space because it is decorated with culture but the ambience is nice. There are different compartments for different kinds of lounging. There is a table where wines are displayed. Natives Lounge decor is really native, blending influences from forests and animals to create a wild primal experience. Good place.

It was a fairly good experience. Food was good. However, there was so much delay in getting everything to the table, even bottled water.Yet again, we were 2, but only 1 bowl with water to wash hands was served.

This restaurant truly lives up to its name - Natives, lovely ambience, amazing food menu. We chose this location for our Valentines couples night out with family friends. From the moment we stepped in it felt truly native from the courteous waiters to the good music and scrumptious meals, its worth it. It was just fantastic, we enjoyed the live band, really engaging so much so that we didnt know when we all started dancing - we had a lot of fun here.

The staff are courteous and pleasant. The food good. Had their white rice and stew and partner had the white soup. Their prices are ok and the environment is cool

A joint that looks like a bland and boring place from the outside but becomes a WoW of a place as you step inside with different segments and demarcations giving the lounge a classic maze oasis setting! Every section of the place has its own story to tell with from the simple rustic feel of the restaurant to the pool table at the to lounge bar not to talk of the hiding club at the back to finally the lions den for the matured minds, if you like to tryout joints and place all around Lagos then this is the place for you I promise you wouldnt regret finding this place out! Fingers crossed... Have fun and say I told you so!!!

Great atmosphere that exudes the name, Natives. I like the attention that was paid to the interior décor, definitely a lot of effort was put into it.Food tastes nice.However, plenty of attention needs to be paid to service levels, as customers could experience some level of delays, depending on timing of visit to the place. This could be as a result of some menu items been out of stock, thus reducing choices available to customers.

Its a really nice place to hang with friends and colleagues, you can hold parties bachelors eve Hen night and lots more. Cool place. But I didnt like their grilled fish. So 4stars. The Dj is off d hook.. nice place

Food is moderately priced, not high-end at all. Meals were quite salty even for my colleagues who are not on a low sodium diet.One needs to REALLY specify chef should cut down on salt.

D Natives is a bar and lounge unlike most others on the island, with a split personality of that bar feel and equally packed with the aura and setting of a lounge.Theres a video games, pool and karaoke. The sound system is dope. Music? Drinks? Good food? Check! Price point is equally on point, the customer service is very refreshing and subservient.If you want a wild night with the boys or that cozy night with madam, D Natives is the place for you.They also have private areas for groups who want different types of parties like birthdays, bachelor parties etc.Natives Restaurant and Lounge is a great experience through and through.

My visit Natives Restaurant was a good one. Great meal, chilled beer, different kind of look and feel, courteous staff. Finding a spot to park outside was a bit of a problem but the security staff was patient and thoughtful enough. I love the ambience of the bar. It actually feels great to know that such a place is located in the heart of VI. The prices are pocket-friendly. I was there quite early in the morning when presumably influx of people isnt expected to be high. I would say the place is neat and well arranged. I hope to be there soon to watch one of the EPL matches, perhaps my thoughts about neatness and arrangement might change. lol.In all, the bar is impressive, for all I care.

The cocktail was terrible and the meal was a disaster. Service took forever and was hoping the food and drinks would make up for it. But alas everything was a big failure. Never gonna set foot there again.

Splendid! A blend of contemporary African appeal and exquisite interior. Here, one can enjoy anything native like goat meat, Cowleg, nkwobi, isi-ewu, catfish, vegetable rice, chicken pepper soup, the list is endless. Theres also a night club atop the restaurant.

Its old Natives with a new flare. Interior is interesting, 3 eating locations with different themes. Not so cool, more fans working than air conditioners. Will I be revisiting, well, not in a hurry. The food looks and tastes good.

This was the most exciting place to look at that Ive ever seen in the whole of Lagos. They have lots of mini dining spaces for private get-togethers, lots of corridors that lead to other rooms. You could almost get lost, the interior design is very whimsical and interesting to experience. They even have poles in one particular rooms lol. This place is so coded😂

Wonderful service, great meal. Try the fish and chips. Quite expensive though, but its great. My visit there was good only that the salad I was served was stale, didnt taste fresh at all.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Took a while to find a waiter to attend to us and the wait for the food was eternal. When the food came...it wasnt worth the wait

If you looking for a luxurious but affordable chilling in Victoria Island Lagos then Native restaurant is one of the few with affordable services..Native Restaurant is also a place to take good pictures due to the Art and Design of the place. As the name implies native restaurant embrace culture. You can get alot of local foods there like affang, efo riro, okro soup and lots of them. Would you rather stop by at Native Restaurant on your next visit to Island. Oh I forgot to mention they offer one of the cheapest lodging in Victoria Island.

If you like African feel or traditional looking environment, you will like this place. They also have a game room with a pool table in it.Note however that:1. Parking is not great.2. Bartending is not great. They dont have complete receipies for drinks (e.g there is Gin but no Tonic) and they only serve about two cocktails. They also didnt list the ingredients of the cocktails on their menu so you dont even know what you are drinking.3. Food, particularly grilled foods takes time. Over an hour in a lot of cases so if you want to order, you may want to do so as soon as you step in.
