Terribly horrendous service. If you like roaches, bed bugs, infestations of mosquitoes, no a/c, no running water and lazy staff this is the place for you. The manager threatened me on several occasions. The area is not safe and lacks security. I was horrified on arrival. The rooms are smaller than a standard size closet. The bed was lumpy and bumpy...oh and the smell of urine was overwhelming. There is not a restaurant onsite so feeding is an issue. There is a bar that allows street rif-rafs to enter at anytime, adding to insecurity of the location. THIS LOCATION WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!Your funny. I never stayed on credit. I was threatened and harassed to pay before the time was due to pay. The manager threatened my wife on several occasions to throw her out in the street. As for taking care of my wife, IS A BALL FACED LIE. You never rendered any care to her whatsoever. Fabricating lies to save your image is monstrous. Then you cancelled my reservations on Booking.com as a no show to keep us from sending a negative review.Your staff especially Favor was the only one kind to me or my wife. As an American citizen she was ashamed and embarrassed to say she stayed at your location. You threatened her life by having hordes of mosquitoes in the room. She was immediately hospitalized with malaria after leaving your filthy place. As for providing food for her, if you ran a legitimate business she would have had access to food by having a restaurant on site. You should be ashamed of the service you provided for an American Citizen.

There was light, water and all but I ended up with bedbug bites, which wasnt a good experience for me

Water wasnt running in the bathroom. The bed had sand on it even though it was made and the A.C stopped working after some point .

What a pleasant place to relaxed, the atmosphere is second to none. The staff are always available to assist, attentive to customers request. I recommend this spot to anyone will come back some more.
