Over poor cause I stepped into the hotel at 1pm and just went out on coming back to the room after the whole day to rest found out there duvet was filled up with little roches and which I called on the receptionist and they could tell me is dat D person had closed so I have to sleep over like that Dey can’t change it cause the person who changed it wasn’t around. So disgusting and bad service unless the owner would run at loss.

The water was not flowing for the duration of stay. Though the receptionist was nice and respond to inquiry calmly and welcoming. The house keeper too was good at his duty, I guess the water might be a technical issue but it was not nice being the first visit

The hotel is not clean and couldnt fix water heater problem. Most facilities are giving way. I had to change hotel to another one near by which was better than Lakeem

It was a beautiful experience. Their hospitality and service was top-notch. There was power supply 24 hours. Its such a cool place to study and rejuvenate.

Not a place to be recommended anymore. Stayed there for one night on 14/08/2020. Standard room allocated was filthy. Floor not cleaned. Saw wraps of used condom. No lights in the bathroom/toilet. Impolite receptionist. Kitchen/bar staff not always at their post

The room I stayed in was fully equipped with an Air conditioner and Television set. But the door to the shower room was not working properly and in the evening, one of the bulbs tripped off. When I called the reception area; they sent someone to my room who later told me that the engineer who would have fixed the bulb had gone home. The price for food was much higher than what was stated in the menu. It also took a while for breakfast to arrive but they have a nice parking space for cars.

If there is anything less than one star, I would have given it to these guys. Their staffs are lazy; the rooms are dirty, and they are very unprofessional. They wouldnt change bedsheets. The television has only 2 channels, they promised to fix the television channels for the whole 2 weeks that I was there but never did. Bunch of liars and lazy staff. By 9 pm they already went to sleep instead of doing what they were paid to do.

The room had a musty smell, it was dusty. The toilet seat had stains on it, the beddings looked permanently stained, the bathroom looked unsanitary, there was not a single towel or toilet paper, the pillowcases had stains on them, the staff were noisy. The wardrobe was broken, the air conditioner was noisy, the hotel didn’t feel safe, we just paid and got a room, filled no forms, meaning we could be criminals and there’ll be no way to trace us, not even a name. The good things were; staff were relatively warm & polite, the bed was comfortable, even though dirty looking, and there was a safe.

Fair. Clean rooms and surrounding. Courteous employees. Expensive food. I usually eat out which saves me money.The pictures attached are for a standard room..which goes for 11k. I got a 1k discount because I stayed 3nights.The cooling unit works perfectly okay and you get hot water anytime. Light is constant as well.Parking space is small.

Located very close to the National stadium, leisure mall, Dominos pizza and the likes, the hotel is very comfortable, clean and provides great hospitality. The hotel is also equipped with a kitchen that provides you with a variety of dishes.Nice place to be!

The initial reception was good. But later, things changed. No towel or soap was in the room. Power continued going on and off. The a/c and chair did not look good, though the ac worked, I almost fell of the chair. The next day, no toiletries were given again. I was locked out of my room cause I paid only for 1of the 2 nights I was to stay. Was called later at night to pay. The bathroom is cramped, toilet seat does not stay up, shower stall is very narrow a tight fit. The parking space is cramped, almost non-existent. Dont think its worth the cost

Very poor customer service, most of their staffs aren’t properly trained to greet and smile at customers.

Decent size facility which touted its three stars online. But far from it, the bed spread in a newly reserved room was dirty. The replacement was just manageable. We also encountered mosquitoes in the room. Even my old folks from the hinterland found the standards below par but just had to lay their heads somewhere for the night.

Its soo choked... Space wise... If you go with a car be prepared to leave your key or be disturbed to come move cars for other to drive..... Plus size please avoid their single rooms, you may not be able to get past the door into the bathroom

This hotel is a really cool place to logde, with good laundry service, a site seeing cool bar, good food and good customer service. They are not so pricey with their food and laundry services.. They also have a car parking space, so you dont have to park your car outside of the hotel.

The hotel is a fraud!!! It looks nothing like what’s advertised.The ambiance is so dull and unappealing!The bathroom has no towel and bathing soap, the staff are unprofessional and there is a damp smell in the room and hallway.I definitely won’t be visiting here again and I won’t recommend it to anyone else

Everything is so old

Its was alright. The room is quite spacious. Theres WiFi but it lags and the sockets in the room I stayed in was located in the stupidest possible place to put it. It wasnt great but just manageable.

I quite enjoyed my stay here. Two major attractions: Its very quiet and ambience is very calm. No unnecessary disturbances by hotel staff. The air conditioning worked perfectly well for the budget accommodation. The facilities were in good shape including the bed and duvet with double pillows provided, towel and shower soap. The heater worked perfectly, reading table and TV with wardrobe also provided. Only one exception - the Wi-Fi never worked. The hotel staff striked me as very friendly. Parking 🅿️ is a huge problem.

The location is nice in the heart of Surulere and the service is a bit okay but the facilities are not good and the bar and restaurant no make sense. If u just want to sleep and go the next morning this is your place.

This was a veey poor experience!There were bedbugs in the bed, the air conditioner didnt work well initially, and I kept requesting over and over for staff to bring a standing fan to my room but they remained unresponsive, even though to my face they pretended that they would accommodate my request. The WiFi never worked consistently. They also fumigated the building with no prior notice, so one had no access to their paid room for almost a full day! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing extraordinary. Room service takes quite a while to respond. And the key cards dont work as well as they ought. I had to call Reception severally to let me in with the Floor Master Key. WiFi is the bomb though and the roof top bar, perfect perch to sit and observe
