This is a standard hotel. You get complementary meals for some rooms. It’s just awesome.

Lovely place! Great reception lounge and staff with great meals to go with. Though the parking area is small its properly managed and coordinated by the guards.

Very nice. My room came with wife,access to the pool and complimentary breakfast, however, when I turned up for breakfast, all they had available was bread. Nothing else to go with it. That upset me.

The staff was pleasant and very responsive. I loved my housekeeper and restaurant staff. The gatemen were good too. Breakfast is tasty but limited in options. For the nigerian breakfast, it was yam and egg sauce one day and next dayNoodles and omelette and they kept altenating the same thing every day. Maybe they could have included akara, fried plantain , or boiled eggs on the menu. I wish I had more towels. I got only one each time they cleaned. So if you didnt request your room to be cleaned then no fresh towels unless you go hunting for housekeeper tribe you some. Pool area was nice. Park space limited. Sometimes you had to get up and move the car if you were parked directly behind someone. Location is good. I walked to local bars and someone Nigerian restaurants down the street. Easy to get a keke or bike ride if you dont want to drive.

I love the indoor swimming pool! The ambience is so lovely! If you wanna visit pack more items in you bag, you might just want to stay longer.

They charged for everything but no nasty bugs. Must clean bathroom more.

They have a lovely indoor pool. The room I took was 17,000 o dont think it was value for money as the room was too tight. Its close to the airport so it served its purpose for me. I paid 2,000 from the airport to this hotel.

I was told you do not use your hotel for any kind of event when i called the reception, not even the pool side. That is completely ridiculous!

Its a nice hotel. Its an old hotel but well maintained. There was 24 hours supply of light. The give complimentary breakfast although I left very early. The hotel has elevator. The AC in the room I stayed was a window unit. The cooling of the room was average and it was occasioned by the toilet door that didnt close well and the AC was servicing both the room and the toilet. In the toilet the hotel provided a towel, cream,bath wash, hair relaxer, comb,tissue paper and toothbrush. The location is cool, near the airport and it has alot of hotel around it.

The room was too tight and the utilities were all misbehaving .They have and issue giving you the exact room you made reservations for and this had happened twiceThe elevator got stuck and I had to use the stairs and they couldnt even apologize.The kitchen, they dont take time to prepare the food instead they give you uncooked rice and stale soup

Its quite a nice place with a reasonable price. Id recommend it to families who are traveling via the airport and need accomodations closer to the airport

Simply amazing

I stayed at GrandVenice with my family in November 2019. The experience was okay, the room was neat and quite comfortable as they have a king size orthopedic beds in all their rooms and the staff was quite warm and welcoming. I think the high point for me is its closeness to the airport. You can get an Uber ride for as low as N600 from the hotel to the international airport.

The hotel is nicely situated good rooms but very poor customer service. In fact I doubt if the staff are given customer service training at all. I got the shock of my life from the reception. We were to hold a little meeting which had been discussed with the person on duty and who said it would not be an issue ( by the pool side) Just before we started a lady came in to address u all with a frown on her face and in a very rude manner. I have never seen anything like it. To worsen it all all request to see the manager or someone in charge were denied.This is outrageous behaviour for a hotel of this magnitude.

A cool apartments and hotels located in the serene Ajao Estate by airport junction. Its a nice place to be. There rooms and apartments got one of the best state of the art furnishings. Neat and organized environment with well trained security personnel. Good room rate due but affordable. The gallery view of the airport town is very unique. Pleasant and cultured staff. It is a good place to be. You can make an online reservation and pay online too, or call the hotel hotline for your reservations and pay on arrival.

A lot of cockroaches

This place is not probably maintained. I was there a year ago with good hospitality but now everything is upside down within a year. The bathroom sink leaking water, the light, the switch is fallen from the wall and bad customer service. I asked for the manager and the supervisor just to take note of my observation. Unfortunately, none were around. I wonder how the owner will see all his investment in 4 years if care is not taken.

Nice and friendly staff. Hotel very close to the international airport. Room was clean, beautifully decorated with comfortable bed. But the rooms needs to be fumigated to get rid of baby roaches.

It came as a surprise to me the quality of the rooms they have here and the rates they were for giving the location. We stayed for 2 nights while heading out I on a holiday trip with the family the stopover in Lagos was worth it because we had a swell time there in one of their executive rooms and a superior standard rooms. I do hope they keep the present standard though and not let the Nigerian factor if I dear say rob them as is common around us....as they have presently become rather popular for frequent flyer so much that no room was available the last time I went there recently. Kudos
