The bank does not have appropriate channels for customers to make complaints. When you send an email to the CFC address, you never get more than an automated response. I have an urgent banking issue and can’t get it resolved because the channels don’t exist.

Serves the Idumota and its environs, easily dispenses cash at the ATM stand, but be ready for some queue especially during busy market hours.
