I asked for my loan balance when i wanted to liquidate my loan, they they had to add two months money that has already been deducted from my salary, they said its because they have not been paid those months by Lagos State Government that if i liquidate the loan and they receive payment of those months from my employer, i will get the refund. Now they have received payment for September, 2020 from my employerthey are saying its going to take Eight(8) working days for them to refund me. Why on earth will it take a bank 8 working days to pay me my money? Will they money accrue any interest in those 8 working days, they refuse to respond to my email.
