This branch is unlike any other Guaranty Trust Bank I have been.-Banter between the Security and Customer care officer over the Security not managing the queue well and right in front of the customers.-The workers conversing in Igbo language over the counter with another customer while other customers waited.-The ineptitude of some of the workers: throwing of biros from one end of the bank to the other 🤨 It was just like I was in a Secondary school classroom.-The dressing-- many of the workers looked like they had just woken up from sleep.What did I like about it?1. The laid back nature 🤦2. There was this diffuser plugged to the wall. Ooh, the fragrance from it! I stood so long beside it as it calmed my nerves from all the chaos I wasnt used to experiencing at a GTbank3. A very young lady (she was on natural hair), even though she is very young, she is a senior to many of the workers, yet, some of them pushed her around and she willingly obliged them, doing work that wasnt even hers.4. They render almost every service that the GTbanks around do not; issuance of dollar cards, dollar deposita, purchase of Token.This review is for my visit at January, 2020. I hope they have changed and are better now. I am a Guaranty Trust BANK Platinum customer and such scene at my bank is appalling.

Beautiful as usual, spacious, enough parking space and of course... Beautiful service
