My experience here was satisfactory, the customer service center were helpful to me when I had some problems regarding some banking transactions and they made sure it was solved before I left the banking premises. That is how it should be. Its a good place to do your transactions as well as sometimes they are not much customers here. Great experience and I was overall pleased with their services.

One of Ecobank branches in Lagos state. Good service. The bank is usually averagely crowdy during business hours. The bank has teller machines which the claim is available for 24 hours and 7 days of the week. However, service downtime should be expected at any time.

Its my bank for more than 15years from now, I still love them just sometimes they give me headache and i always call them to order.
