Customer service is very very bad.. I bought butter and heavy whipping cream from them, knowing how delicate my order was, they just gave my order to anyhow driver for waybill upon I paid heavily for the waybill cause I wanted my goods to get to me in topnotch condition.. I was the one that kept on calling them for my goods, was left hanging.. To cut long story short, my butter and heavy whipping cream was spoilt by the time I received it almost a week later and I havent gotten a call from them to even inquire if I received it or not.. So, if you are not in Lagos, I advice you not to buy from them or dont buy delicate goods from them..
