Am crying right now as am writing this, regal is the worst of all bakery I have ever visited since I started bread business. You send order for bread the cashier will call you to come and pay and that s the end, it does concerns then weather you received the bread or not. The kind of boys there are not customer orienred, not cultured and mannerless. I go to many bakeries round Lagos both main and and island regal regal bakery Ago remains the worst in terms of customer relation. They believe whether you buy or not the commodity will sell. You pay in the morning and remain in their bakery for the rest of the day even wen you beg to come back, whenever you come back, you still have to spend not less than 3 to 5 hours waiting to receive your order. Their customers are used to that, they sleep in the bakery as if they are owing house went running from their landlord. The management does care about the customer. I have never had any good experience with this bakery.

Okay but the service delivery needs to be worked upon

Delicious bread. I especially love their fruit bread.
