They have wonderful goods. They are the best shop I have visited with my sister who bakes. The customer service which used to be the main problem is actually rapidly improving. Since Rome was not built in a day, I do not expect them to become the best immediately but improvement in the rate at which they pick up calls plus the fact that they use Gokada for deliveries has made them more efficient. I have stood with them for long and I still do. Payless forever

What baking tool or design are you looking for that you wont find at Payless? They speak the bakers language. Their customer service is poor, they can make you angry I wont lie. But in all they have it all.I bought chocolate chips, cherries, cup cake pan of 12 and baking sheet and it was nice.
