I have patronised them on two different occasions; September and October 2020. So sad they lack good P.R. whoever handles their phone calls is so rude, very impolite, always in a hurry to speak; not willing to go the extra mile for clients and not patient to listen to clients concerns. Whats the essence of patronizing you when you cant add any value to your services. A good PR is the bedrock of any organization; character counts in dealing with clients. Patience is an attribute every good business needs in relating with clients. If you lack that tolerance then why eat your cake?
