Very poor unpalatable customer experience. Sadly there doesnt seem to be a customer service resolution plan for such a promising business. I would suggest for anyone looking for good customer service and quality products should try at Salt Lagos in Ikoyi. My honest unbiased opinion.

I wasnt sure of the front path by car to their outlet so I parked behind at a car wash and walked about 30secs there. I tasted cake placed on the counter top for visitors and it was fluffy and fresh. But the cake I bought off the shelf(N6000) didnt not taste anything like the one I ate off the counter top. I paid using their POS and got a receipt. The 2 staff at the reception were friendly and I sighted the baker inside the kitchen who decorated my cake.

For a quick turnaround cake, they were actually pretty efficient.
