Nice customer service and they have nice cakes too

I am giving 1 star rating because HR has bought >/= 6 cakes this year alone from Diva and all of them taste sour and unfresh.These guys literally put icing at the bottom of the cake,put baked cake on top of that layer of icing and another layer of icing to make the cake look high. This happened in 3 different occasions and i saw with my own eyes.HR got my birthday cake today and when i cut my cake into a small bit, it came falling apart. It felt like they gathered crumbs of cake underbeath, put a slice of cake on top and covered it with icing.My mouth is still sour from the stale tasting cake they gave HR. You guys spoilt the whole excitement for everyone🤮
